Complete Scam took $450 from me

(RUN AWAY) FAST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I PAID TO HAVE A NAME REGISTERED AND THEY DID NOT REGISTER IT, COST ME $299 BAD MISTAKE I SHOULD NOT HAVE IGNORED THE REVIEWS.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PERIOD YOU WILL REGRET IT.

UPDATE: We received an email saying that our fee of $169.85 has been refunded and our order cancelled so we are moving from1 start to 2 stars.
We never received any services for the fees we paid and no response from our email inquiries or phone messages. We will be filing a claim with our cc company since nothing was delivered.

This is a scam. Do not give them any money. Impossible to get ahold of anyone. They do not offer refunds. Stay away from this website!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ended up paying an attorney $1000 to undo and redo what I was paying them to do. They claimed they were giving me a refund, but it never happened.

When I finally looked up their company in the Illinois registry, they had multiple company name changes, which is a red flag.

This company is a scam. They do not get you a trademark in 3 easy steps. They fill out the application when you enter all of the information. You would otherwise do this for FREE at the trademark office website. They trick you into thinking they are doing something when they are doing nothing at all.

Total scam. I have been trying to file for a month now. Just because they answer once in 2 weeks!!! Or They don’t reply on their emails at all. I asked them to change the address and they changed it for only one person, leaving the old address for another. I asked them to correct the mistake and no answer. Horrible communication. I will be doing a dispute since they definitely do not refund

Trademark plus burned me too! Has any one been successful at getting their money back? How are they still operating? They should have been arrested or sued out of house and home. Please give me some feedback.

All they did was make this site a scam so trustpilot would LOSE TRUST and then they could make themselves more believable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

0 stars!!!! This company is a total SCAM. How do they sleep good at night knowing they are taking money out of peoples' pockets? Clearly we are on a fixed budget trying to start up a business you scum bags. After taking my $99.99, I decided to look up some real reviews after trying to contact they for weeks. My gut told me to stick to Legal Zoom. Please do not do what I did. Research the company before giving them your money because they DO NOT PROCESS a damn thing. On top of that, you can't get your money back.

You are only paying them $99 to send you a link for an additional $275.00. They do not process anything. SCAMMERS.

Scam. Did not review or did any search. We end up losing over $300 in filing fee and got ours rejected since another one already filed.

The BBB rated them an F! The complaints on their site are wild. This company is a straight scam. Do not use them. They collect your money just to tell you to go through USPTO anyway. Something you would've done yourself. Plus they do not give your money back. They do anything you could do yourself. If you ask for your money someone on the other side just answers with sarcasm as if your so stupid, but I must be to even think this company was legit. And they wait to contact you back so they can use the excuse of "we did our job already, it's already been processed" basically. Rip offs. Dont let their ratings from their site fool you. I wish I would have saw these reviews first.

100% SCAM!! They will charge you and tell you to file with the uspto. They did absolutely nothing for our company but charge us 49.99. Right after we paid to file, we revisited the site to see the price immediately change to 99.99. Scam company, stay away. If their offices are real we will find out today!!! Contacting the authorities for fraud

Trademark plus is a scam they do not review your documents, they have fake reviews on their page. Its a one person company and after months of trying to get a trademark for my item it as rejected by the uptso. who has money to flush down the drain. You have to pretty much stalk this company in order to get a respond, they did not provide a service that i paid for and am urging everyone to stay away from this company

I started an application with this company, they are so amateur because they applied wrong class to my trademark application. When I noticed it "incidentally" I contacted them they were didn't response any email! I contacted to USPTO and fixed issue by myself after a lot of effort for understanding trademark language! After I fixed the problem I received and email from this company like a good news! Email says USPTO realized your problem and fixed it after overlook:) They are unnecessary people between you and USPTO. Go apply yourself it's easier then work with this company!

Paid and nothing happened. No answer to emails nor phone calls. Filed a complaint with the BBB and they closed it because they're unable to contact this company. Mail is returned undeliverable. Fake company.
