Up until now I have been very happy with TradeNRG. They fulfilled orders in a timely manner and I liked the products. However, this time they have sent products which are not what I ordered (on 21 Feb), they have failed to respond to my email and are not answering the phone. So I am pretty unhappy!

I have used this company for charging cables for years. Hence why the 2 and not 1 stars.

This time I also ordered a male to female data sync cable so I could use a memory stick with my phone. I got a male to male so it is useless.

I emailed straight away with a photo. The order took 48 hours from ordering to being received so I have now given you TradeNRG, the same amount of time for you to at least acknowledge I have contacted you.

I tried: 2 emails, 2 phone calls to the only number on the TradeNRG site which is identified on my phone as Isoul. I looked into this. Apparently although you stock their charging cables you are different companies so I do not know what that is about. After the calls rang out without answer or message facility I texted twice.

Finally, according to your website, if a wrong item is sent, chat is suggested. Usually when companies talk about this they have their own chat which I could not see on your site. There was a Whatsapp option but I do not want to have to dowload yet another app I do not want to use.

And TradeNRG, I have noted from the occasions you do respond to customers' posts, you ask them to contact you, even when it is clear they have tried their best to contact you and given you an order number as I have.

Please contact me. I hope that this is not a case where I cannot trust another company.

Ease of ordering, order updates and company are all fantastic. However, 1 star on using EVRI as your delivery option. 2 day delivery was actually 10 days.

Was not sure what to order but I had one covered in plain white covering like wire but it soon split so I think this one looks like it might be stronger.
