Took my SIA door supervisor course with TSL in Burnley. I got in touch after seeing an ad on Facebook, and they got me on a course the next day. I was contacted when they said they would be in touch, promptly replied when I emailed asking about what I'd need to bring with me, and the actually course itself was fantastic. Tommy was absolutely brilliant, keeping the theory modules informative and engaging, relating what we'd learned to his own extensive experience and making everything as clear and concise as possible, as well as being an absolute joy to spend a prolonged period of time with.

The course was very knowledgeable. Kevin Griffiths, the tutor, was polite, explained each sessions very well to my understanding. Thank you for a memorable course experience.

I have enjoyed the training with this organisation. Due to enough time given students to learn more on the course and also the experience staff like Kelvin GRIFFITHS who took his time to teach us in-depth information on the course. Congratulations for your smart delivery.

Enjoyed the training

I have stuck to my commitment that they have asked of me spent over £200 on train fair when I’m a dad to five children on benefits have attended the course over a month on time every day and now the course is finished we have been waiting nearly four weeks for the exam date and every time we contact them we just get told we have to wait and we will send revision papers out this is not fair and do not advise anybody to do a course with this company they can find a tutor to do a months course but they can’t find a tutor to do an exam avoid at all cost

It has taken SO LONG since successfully completing training in November 24, and they have not paid for the SIA badge.
I’d love to get some work in this area but I can’t. I will update this when it happens.

I had great experience and good understanding with my tutor Shantanu Adib doing SIA course door supervisor best tutor ever.

An in depth training program. An excellent learning resource coupled with good learning atmosphere. Great skills acquired.

The reason to why I've given a 1 star is not the course itself or what was taught, the course and teachers was great I had no issues, however I am 4 months after my course, and they still havnt paid for my badge this has now made me miss out on plenty of work in the UK and over seas, there is a big work drought in my area so I heavily relied on getting this badge to get back into work, and still nothing, and I ring them up every day, to ask when it will be dine they just keep saying they will get bsck in touch with me, but other than this.....the course us great fun........

SIA - Training startegies.

Very very poor run company.. did my training in December 2022 it’s now July 2024 and as promised they still have not paid for my license.. I used to ring every week to see the progress and they still haven’t funded the SIA LICENSE!! Checking up and chasing it up came to every month or so and still wouldn’t fund it for me but yet again I was promised!! The admin staff on the phone sound really helpful but I don’t know if this higher problem I’m not sure..they never seem to contact you back or help sort the issue out.. I’ll probably have to do my training again before my license comes through IF it comes through!!! but all in all very very poor. I Would never recommend to anyone who wants to pursue SIA license
