The company needs investigating and is a sham. They take funds in your name but do not pay for the license. You are forced to write positive trust pilot reviews and are not allowed to leave until you have done so.
Do not waste your time here.
I have had to seek legal action.
The dwp needs to be informed of these and so does the trading ombudsmen.
They also write their own reviews.
For anyone else struggling with this company I strongly recommend speaking with Citizens Advice, hopefully we can stop others from being scammed. Especially the vulnerable.

I I feel David Robinson came across such a great guy and was so down to earth even though some is jokes were quite corney loo but highly recommended this guy on any course and I said I will stay in tough with him regards Wayne scotton

this company has messed me around thoughout my course and once passed took nearly a year to get it all sorted and badged paid for and i still havent recived my certificates year over a year later do not use these if you get frustrated easierly

Very poor service, I did my course July 2023 unfortunately I failed. I have been trying to get a resit for about 7 months now. Everytime I call they tell me they will call me back, but I have never got a single call from them.i think they stop bothering with people after they receive funding. During course they made us write good review and feedback.
Not fair.. never recommend.

I was meant to retake my physical intervention test and no one as contacted me since I did my training in Burnley tried to contact them multiple times and no one answered

This company is a con they don't pay for your badge when you pass the cource they should be investigated for this they only get the good reviews on Trustpilot as they ask everybody after each lesson to leave good feedback each day instead of waiting for you to give feedback at the end of cource when they don't pay for your badge training strategies don't even amswer there phones so you can't get in touch this company is a scam check all the bad reviews on Google they are Al bad saying same thing this scam company should be investigated and closed down

the training provided was great and so was all the instructors however waited months and months for them to pay for the licence had to pay for it myself in the end

Holding off funding is a national issue if it is funded by the state. I can't believe TSL have taken so long in holding off from paying my fee. They are crazy if they think this wont go further. Sick of asking but the fight continues.

I'll gladly and with agreement show the people's opinions I have been told I can openly agree to showing.

Did my course way back in August still for my badge. First application got withdrawn as the payment wasn't made so applied again and guess what nothing yet..... Keep ringing the office for it to just ring out and no answer to even ask them a simple question.... I've even shone to the next stage to get it paid by myself and guess what still not answering the phone to me...... Whatever you don't go with this company the course and the tutors was fantastic but trying to get the badge is an absolute joke

Completed the course which was over run by a week totalling nearly 5 weeks to still be waiting 4 months for the payment to get my badge number I’ve been out of work for this long and this isn’t helping at all!! And still waiting….

Vicky was an excellent teacher throughout my course. Very helpful, understanding to each of individuals.

I finally took on the SIA course with TSL and all I have got to say is how it was an amazing experience all round... The top man Tom as well as the rest of the team, Wolf, Graham tutors and everyone involved was amazing... The whole experience was totally top notch because TSL is a well oiled machine and all the cogs are connected... Much appreciated, I would absolutely highly recommend because they are a credit to the security industry... Thank you. 🙂

Training strategies is a very nice and conducive place with friendly people who are ready to welcome and accept anyone with open hands with the aim of training people to be professionals in care roles.
The training helped me to be a better care professional. My regards to Vicky our tutor, a nice and caring person, for her advice during the training and the members of staff at training strategies.

Was on a Health and Social care course with Viki Irwin the course was done extremely well with really good pacing, I was never felt like I was being rushed to finish work and I enjoyed the course a lot. Viki was also really helpful and would always be willing to give aid when it was needed. 10/10 would recommend.

I have enjoyed this course as it was helpful and was taught well. It was nice to have teacher Kevin tell us about real situations from his experience to learn from in a good way. I would recommend this course for anyone ready to learn👍🏼

I attended a physical intervention training course at Milton Keynes snozone.
My tutor was Dave Rowland,I feel the course was orchestrated in a very professional and attentive manner ,by this I mean Dave has a great method of teaching which allows me as a student to understand information and techniques that he has taught me and how to use it professionally.
I would most definitely be advancing my training once my licence is accepted and I would hope to be able to be instructed by Dave or someone of the same professional manner and knowledge of the industry.
Thank you for enabling me to gain the knowledge and physical intervention skills to take my career forward in the security industry with confidence.

I attended a Physical Intervention Training with Dave Rowland at Snozone in Milton Keynes. I can confirm that he was very professional and hard working Teacher.

Attended the physical intervention training course with dave on 7/11/23.
Dave was very strait to the point with the information and very helpful with all the training whilst having a laugh along the way, putting things in other ways to help others on the course, I'd happily have him train and teach me again couldn't have asked for a nicer guy.
