Excellent service and delivery
Just started using Kato and have found Train Trax excellent. The website is very easy to use especially for someone who is not that good with the internet etc. It is easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for. The stuff I’ve ordered had been dealt with promptly and delivered quickly as they state. Overall really pleased with everything and loving the Kato equipment as so easy to use and install.

Ordered on line in the morning and it was despatched in the afternoon. Excellent service. I opted for overnight delivery. Fedex were the carrier who advised the parcel was on the Van at 07.30 am at my local depot for delivery between 08.30 and 12.30. Eventually arrived at 5.30pm. Awful serrvice for a high premium. Train Trax are blameless but they should look at another carrier.
