A complete joke. This service is gone to the dogs. I had complained why the TFI app doesn't update on delays and they give a copy and paste automated message to contact Expressway. When clearly in info they update all services including bus eireann and last I checked Expressway IS bus eireann. They dont wanna take responsibility at all. So I replied saying thanks for copy and paste msg. I will contact Expressway over the TFI app.

They overpay for poor IT services. Their leap card site never works, can't upload files, pdf not accepted, payment details crash, no customer service, reject student aplications for silly reasons pure incompetence. Easier to get a mortgage than save 1 euro off a student leap card because of overzealous enforcement, Clown show

Most useless service in Ireland

Absolutely shameful service! At rush hour, there should be more busses for Cork's 206 route. Almost daily, the wait time on South Mall between 5 &6 p.m. is excessive (sometimes even an hour). They should be every 10 minutes. Today a bus arrived at 17:10, the driver got off and left without a word, leaving a long queue of passengers waiting in the rain. Twenty minutes later, he came back and stood smoking near the bus, while long queues of people were still waiting in the rain. Not a word. Just smirking. When he eventually got back on the bus, he changed to "out of service" and closed the doors without any explanation or apology. Disgraceful!! This company needs to go! The Irish government must do something about it!!

The buses are never on time, the passengers are inconsiderate and the bus will disappear out of no where on a Sunday morning with no warning.

Buses constantly 15 mins plus late drivers couldn't drive a go kart, constantly going the wrong ways on their routes, probably why they're always late, hitting kerbs etc. Who in gods name trains these drivers?

I hate this transport and all their team and drivers with all my heart, I swear to god I wish you all nothing but misery.

Freaking joke this transport

Buses won't stop at the bus stops. I don't know why. They need to stop, otherwise we need to wait extra time by wasting our time. Sometimes buses suddenly got canceled. I don't know why. This is so terrible.

Black bus driver in waterford would not stop and made us walk an extra 50minutes. Very bad bus driver. Very slow at driving. Want refund plus 50 Euro. NOW!!

They have made an absolute mess of the E1 bus route. The 145 used to be frequent and reliable and I’ve ended up having the give up and get a taxi the last 3 times I’ve gone into town with my husband in the past 9 months after waiting ages and buses have driven by full, literally 3 times out of 3! It is so frustrating to have gone from being on a great route to literally having to leave the house 30 minutes earlier than before. I want to take public transport rather than expensive and wasteful taxis!

bus lies, times, never show up, over priced for the service

Not sure what’s happened to this bus service in recent years but the quality of the drivers is a joke. 2 times since the 40 has changed to the F2 have I seen pedestrians nearly getting hit. Drivers are absolutely speeding down the roads, ignore a stop if it has one or two people there, the countries riddle with pot holes, bikes and cars, and those drivers are carrying on like fast and furious double decker trouble. A serious amount of the TFI drivers need retraining in driving in general or made aware a bus is not a car!!

Waterford to ardkeen number 5 bus not turning up when expected , waited for over an hour can’t blame traffic as there was none a disgrace of a service will be using another bus service from now on

Milltown Sunday morning 10.10 again S4 a no show. Lots of people waiting to get to work or matches. Obviously no traffic issues. Early Buses have to have reliable driversor people loose jobs.

Bus driver completely ignored people waiting at stop 7579 today at 16.55. Bus was half empty so space wasn't an issue. He then nearly ran over a pedestrian in his haste to get away from the stop. Will also be reporting this to an Garda Siochana along with video evidence of the incident. Genuinely could have killed someone terrible altogether

Buses 10-15 minutes late every single day despite it being at 11:30, and two stops away from the beginning of the route where there's no traffic. Never any reason, excuse, or even an attempt at an apology by the shaved apes driving the buses. I honestly wonder if TFI goes to some "people who've been hit in the head multiple times with hammers" convention to get an application pool for their drivers. Absolutely the worst company in Ireland. The entire thing is a joke and every single person responsible for its operation should be sacked.

Driver did not pull in designated stop at woodland villas drove straight on didn't even look in and people waiting for the bus missed my hospital appointments and one lad was for his court case highly disgusted service yous really need a proper driver that does his job right not cutting corners just cause he was late getting out of the bed
