The support staff here was exceptional.
Especially Mr. Prince Singh was very supportive and reluctant.

While booking check in luggage was…
While booking check in luggage was showing as 35 KG allowance and actually later on your email says 25 KG. The issue is very very disturbing since I booked my ticket considering 35 KG as was mentioned prior to booking. As such I request for allowing 35 KG for check in luggage at least for Mumbai Singapore sector. Awaiting for your positive response.
Thanks for replying after so long and three days after departure of flight. It would not be out of place to put it on record that While booking NO BODY informed me about 25 KG cheeked in luggage. It's totally untrue and not acceptable. All the while it was showing 35 KG. Anyways I will be careful in future to not to book any flights through an unreliable firms like yours.
