An excellent service. I couldn't give five stars because I've never needed to make a claim. Hopefully they would be just as good.

Easy to arrange. Good policy that didn't cost too much because of medical conditions. Didn't need to claim but it was great to have the reassurance of a very comprehensive policy if there had been a problem.

I’ve used Ian at TravelTime a few times now and can’t fault the service. He keeps you up to date and sends useful hints for your trips. Fortunately I’ve never had to make a claim so can’t comment on that but I’ll be continuing to get my insurance with TravelTime for future trips. Would highly recommend.

Easy to book, fairly priced. I particularly like the information sent out and regular emails. It's nice when holiday is finished the company send contact details in case you need to claim.

It’s very easy to take out a policy and when we had to make a claim it came through very quickly. We couldn’t have asked for better service and really appreciated it at the time…..that’s the main reason we use this company!
