Awful customer service
Awful customer service. "24 hour" delivery was around 4 days late. Treatbox blamed Royal Mail and refused to do anything unless I asked the recipient (not me, they were a gift) to send the box back. Useless.
By way of an update, Treatbox seems unable to comprehend that the gift was not sent to me, but to the recipient of the gift, and also will only accept a refund if the biscuits are re-sellable. This raises the question of how many other people have received and returned the same biscuits I sent to my friend. Weird.
In response to the latest claim that Treatbox has tried to be transparent, I would observe that the company is still telling me barefaced lies about unspecified "UK Consumer Regulations" that mean they are not allowed to offer refunds. To be absolutely clear, that is total nonsense.
Awful, awful company.

We’re really sorry to hear how disappointed you were, and we completely understand how frustrating it is when an order doesn’t arrive as quickly as hoped, especially when it was intended as a thoughtful gift.
We genuinely did try to support you throughout and reviewed the situation carefully, including at management level. The order was sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which usually arrives the next day but isn’t a guaranteed service, and unfortunately there was a delay once it was with the carrier.
As the parcel was ultimately delivered, our standard process is to offer a full refund once items are returned to us. We appreciate that this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we’re sorry that it added to your frustration.
We always aim to be fair, transparent, and kind in how we look after our customers, and we’re genuinely sorry that this experience didn’t feel that way for you. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Secret Santa
Most years I purchase a secret Santa from treatbox. Well this year one of the ladies in my friend group had a mix up with her secret Santa but she’s going through a lot of medical treatment right now so rather than have her stress I sent out a secret Santa to her draw pick on her behalf and I can’t tell you how quickly it arrived given that it was during the festive period it was amazing!

Omgosh loved the first box, it came with exactly what I needed, it’s like the team read my mind, I got a lovely new calender which I was in need of, I’m soo glad I didn’t place a order to get another one, looking forward to trying the teas and hair mask as I love having me time after having a tornado of a 2 year old! and I’m a HUGE believer of manifestation so I’m looking forward to using the candles.

The selection and quality are fabulous…
The selection and quality are fabulous and this always makes a perfect gift. I wish there was a choice to upgrade to a better box rather than squeeze 10 items into the narrow brown cardboard box, I had to transfer this into a new box as rain had damaged the box and it was also too small for all the gifts inside.

Customer service excellent my order didn’t arrive as I expected but it was quickly resolved emails were dealt with promptly and my gifts for Christmas were given beautifully presented and my daughters loved them ❤️

Nice pj's but twice in few orders an issue wasnt addressed and enquiries ignored, one of a fault
I had an issue with one of the boxes I ordered. The photo was all smudged and it was a secret santa with just a small gift and the photo so had to use it looking poor, as you didnt bother to get back to me since the 20th.for this reason and fact another enquiry regarding very late delivery on 18th went unanswered, I give 4 stars. The care and attention in the first few boxes was not applied in later boxes. Some had a sticker which was carefully applied some were bent and the packaging inside looked messy and rushed. I get you must be busy at this time but the reason I paid £50 for pj's that are so expensive was the presentation and packaging too. Making them just a normal pair of nice pj's and overpriced.
I have had 8 boxes from you and probably won't order again based on the nil customer service twice when an issue arises.
