First of all, I placed my order May 1st and I got it today May 21, but it is understandable since it came all the way from China. The problem is that I got the wrong product. I ordered the dark brown color but got the light brown instead. This is not good. People over there should know the difference between "dark brown and light brown color." This will be my first and last order. Extremely disappointing!!!

Scam, unreliable and terrible customer service

We placed an order for some covers and it was only after placing the order that the email indicated the product would take 2-5 weeks to be delivered. As this time frame was too long, we immediately wrote to cancel our order only to be informed that we would have to wait for the product to be delivered, and then arrange a return. 5 weeks came and went, and still nothing was delivered. Despite assuring us that they would refund us if it wasn't delivered by 5 weeks, they changed their tune and refused to refund us and cancel the order. It took a further 2 weeks before we received the product, which turned out to be of poorer quality than the same item from Amazon (at 3 times the price!). In order to get our refund, we now have to send the items to the US from the UK, at our own cost (roughly , as the Trendymates refuse to send us a return pabel for the item, even though it was their fault that the product took nearly 7 weeks to arrive. I will never ever place an order with this company, and advise you to look elsewhere for the same product - it will most likely be cheaper and be delivered much earlier.
