I couldn't be happier with the service I have received from Gemma. She has supported me through pulling out of a sale, and through the purchase of another. As a single, first time-buyer I have really needed support on everything, and what's great about Gemma is her expertise aren't limited to just a mortgage broker; she can provide advice on all aspects of a property purchase. She manages to take out the corporate nonsense with ease and her support is genuine and personal. Jon at Trinity Finance has been outstanding from start to finish. Not only was he an excellent mortgage advisor, but he also offered informal advice (on a non-reliable basis of course) on various aspects of the mortgage and negotiations, which proved invaluable and even prompted discussions with our conveyancer, who hadn’t considered these alternatives!

Jon went the extra mile in communication, creating a WhatsApp group for my partner and me, and he was available to answer messages – even on weekends – when he knew we needed to expedite the process due to the vendors' shifting timeline.
