Denise is a friendly, professional travel co-ordinator. She understood exactly what we wanted, did her best to get us a really good price and kept me updated every step of the way. I have not used this company before, but I’m already thinking that it is likely to be top of my list for future travel advice and bookings.

I booked a river cruise for next summer and Denise was so helpful and informative, even holding the cabin overnight until I had sorted out my travel insurance. Excellent company, I will definitely use them again.

I rang up to inquire about the Rod Stewart package in Los Vegas and spoke to Kyle Beevers who explained the flights hotels and seating at the venue where Rod Steward is performing Kyle was very polite and then said he would forward to my email details of all the options available which l received very promptly then after viewing all the options available l decided to go forward and then on the email Kyle sent me l requested a call back which again was very prompt and l booked the package l had chosen and again Kyle was very professional going through the details of the package l had chosen he ended the call saying that he would forward all the relevant paper work to my email and said any issues after checking please do not hesitate to phone him or email so l thanked him . Then after about 30 minutes Kyle rang me saying he had found a better flight outbound that would get me into Los Vegas at 7 pm instead of 11,30pm ish and the first thing that went through my mind how much extra it would cost well l was not expecting Kyle to say same price which will give us the whole evening instead of going to bed early l again thanked him for going out of he way to ensure that he had given me the best package possible do l would very highly recommend your company and Kyle for a very appreciated service 100% Peter Pedley a very happy customer
