Wish I could say something positive about this company but they have kept a friend's phone for 2 weeks and have no clue when it will come back. Avoid

Very fast and supportive handling of my claim, especially from Lavinia. I had issues with the replacement phone which seemed to have righted itself once I ran a software update. Lavinia was very prompt to reply and supportive with that also.

I have generally not been the one to leave reviews but I felt compelled to do so in this instance.

Insurance companies have a reputation for not being easy to deal with as a consumer but the level of service provided here was of the highest order. The promptness of the employees, in particular, Lavinia, to my messages were a breath of fresh air. The simple method of communicating via the website made it much easier to deal with any queries - a response was received in just a few minutes.

My phone was collected the day after and a replacement received in just a few days, despite the ongoing pandemic.

Very easy to use interface. The customer service is excellent. There was a slight delay of 4 extra working days in getting the device back, but not too bad considering the current COVID-19 situation. Great company, I highly recommend them.

All three members of the team I spoke to were highly knowledgeable, efficient, pragmatic and customer focussed. They helped me deal with a tricky situation, terribly timed and we went through claim submitted to decision in less than a working day.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had to use the service and once again.. all I can say is the customer service I’ve received was absolutely outstanding! Many thanks to Adam who made the experience so simple for me and he alone is the reason I have recommended people to get insurance through a company that uses yourself!

Was pleasantly surprised by the speed and ease with which my claim was processed, and the delivery of my replacement handset! All within 3 days!

Uploaded my documents and paid my excess and within 10 minutes my replacement was on its way! Had a replaced phone in under 24 hours, can't recommend TRS enough
