No problem with the cloths . But they need to use more delivery partners as evri are useless . 3 out of 5 parcels I've had from these delivered by evri has been throw over fences into pools . Or just thrown onto my backgarden . Disgusting service. To much arsing around sorting it out

Great company and products. Ordered quite late at night and everything arrived the next day. Kept up to date with order process throughout. Also, I opted for gift wrapped parcels at small extra cost, and they look great. Thank you, would definitely recommend.

Never had a bad experience from Truffleshuffle. Got my latest order a day after ordering it, way earlier than expected. The quality of their clothes is great, definitely worth the price.

would put 0 right now if i could. ordered from them and paid the extra for next day delivery... it's been 3 days and still nothing. tried to contact them via their chat only to have someone reply and then my message ignored for an a hour before i gave up. this is the 2nd time this has happened to us is consecutive orders so won't be purchasing from them again.

Ordered from Finland. My order came in 1,5 weeks, I loved everything and got the right order, but I can't give full 5 because the oversized Truffleshuffle cardigan as M size isn't oversized.. I ordered M because I thought that it would fit me well but it is just a little bit too small so I wouldn't label that cardigan as oversized. My other cardigans that are normal M size aren't that small so that was disappointing. I don't want to return it for exchange for bigger size because of customs and extra payments.. Items were well packaged.

Ho ordinato un portafogli di Loungefly che non riuscivo a trovare da nessuna parte 🔝.
All’inizio credevo che dovesse arrivare in 5-10 giorni, secondo la mail, ma poi mi hanno confermato che gli ordini non tracciabili ci mettono circa 20 giorni. In ogni caso, nessun problema; ho ricevuto correttamente l’ordine in 15 giorni circa e il prodotto era ben confezionato e come da descrizione :) lo adoro! ❤️
Non credo però che ordinerò più da questo sito solo perché appunto, essendo fuori dall’UE, mi son trovata a dover sborsare quasi 17€ al postino per i costi doganali. Tra i costi della merce, le spese di spedizione e i costi doganali, non penso di potermi permettere di comprarci frequentemente. Peccato perché altrimenti avrei trovato un gran bel negozio online :(
In ogni caso dò 5 stelle perché il negozio se le merita e sono stati anche disponibili nella chat. Le spese doganali non sono certo colpa loro.

Really good service super fast delivery all that's great.
But the size chart and information was totally wrong.

I even asked on chat before buying sizes for a shirt as I'm very tall.

The marvel pyjama bottoms for adults are comfy, fit lovely, unfortunately they aren’t very well made, they started coming apart at the seems after 1 wash.

Ordered a loungefly crossbody bag and it was beautiful. The item I ordered came in great condition and was well packaged so it wouldn't get damaged it also arrived in great time. Will definitely be buying from truffle shuffle again. Very pleased customer.

I have only had good experiences with Truffle Shuffle. The products are lovely, of good quality, and I can't fault it for novelty value. Customer service is also top notch! I had an issue with a gift I sent to my sister and her husband for Christmas, this was addressed professionally and quickly by Truffle Shuffle. It was my third or fourth time ordering from them, but they've ensured I'll keep coming back - not just for the cute items, but also because I know I can trust them! Can't praise them enough!

where do i start ive bought a few items from this amazing company they rock. i had forgot to add a discount code to my items i bought so i contacted them and they gave me money back some companys say well send it back and we will ship it out again but not this amazing company. i couldnt have been more happy. i will be looking here for all my geeky needs 1st in future.
