Excellent. Very easy to order online with loads of choice. Delivery was 2 days with plenty of updates and call from the couriers 45 minutes before arrival. The chair is really nice, looks smart in my living room and is comfortable to sit in.

Ordered a tub chair, within 30 mins received a call to confirm order and delivery date, 3 days prior to delivery received a call again confirming del date and carrier.

Lovely quality and perfect for my small bungalow and well made thank you and courier was a great help she brought it in and opened the box for me all I had to do was put the legs on.

I live in a second-floor apartment and can't carry heavy items due to an injury. The armchair was left on the ground floor and when I called the office for help, they didn't try to resolve the issue.

The seats of the Windsor tub chairs are quite hard and the chairs wobble even though I screwed the legs in tightly.
