First class service, rang the order in and had the delivery day I wanted. I like the tub chair just right for my room for extra seating. Just had to screw the legs on job done. Would recommend this chair.

Beautiful item of furniture, superb service also. Would definitely revisit this store.

A perfect company to deal with. Easy to order with all the details we required.
Very fast delivery, arrived earlier than promised and kept informed of progress at all times.
Looks well made and very comfortable. Only time and use will tell us about it’s wearing qualities.

Great service along with an efficient delivery .
I am very pleased with the tub chair .....so pleased I ended up purchasing another one.
I would sincerely recommend this company ( Im not AI !!)
I would also recommend the swatch service prior .

Great looking chair , fantastic customer service and rapid delivery, and a really good price .

I ordered 2 tub chairs on the phone. The call was really easy to make and the man was very accommodating. He gave me exactly the delivery date I requested 10 days away, and tried to ensure the delivery driver would know all relevant details. The chairs are exactly as advertised - comfy, stylish and very firm. I would certainly use this company again. Thank you to all.

So easy to order, delivery was professional and came as promised. Very simple to assemble ( just the legs to screw in !). The chair looks great, and makes a lovely addition to a corner of the living room. Thoroughly recommended !

Smaller than expected. Uncomfortable and not possible to relax in them.

It was a great buy exactly what I was looking for a quick delivery, easy to assemble and good quality.

Excellent chair. Superb customer service and delivery

The process of ordering was straightforward and I was kept well informed regarding delivery. The chairs arrived in the advised time slot and we are very pleased with them.

Within three days of finding what we wanted the beautiful chair was in place.

Great product and service - can't fault them.
I've now ordered 3 - including one for my mum and dad!
Great quality - fast delivery - thoroughly recommend.

Ordered the Aldwick tub at reduced price of £170(normally £300), and had it delivered by DPD a couple of days later. Box appeared amateurishly sealed - tape creased and roughly applied which made us wonder at it's sales history but chair looked fine when opened. Firm cushion as advertised and comfortable to sit in ... until leaning back and realising the backrest was largely absent foam padding. Much of the lower part where back meets base, although nicely contoured was merely fabric stretched to give the appearance of shape. Running a hand down the arms revealed similar defects both sides. The net effect was that the chair was incapable of restoring its shape after use, with the back and arms leaving indentations after light, short duration test. Dread to imagine what the thing would look like after a full hour's use let alone a day! Disgustingly low grade product and appalling quality control by both manufacturer and retailer. Tub Collection did however act with speed to recover the chair - thanks Francesca 5* - and effect a refund upon its delivery back into their warehouse 3 days later. A week turnaround from start to finish. Obviously disappointed but moreso as we were then too late to find a replacement as Black Friday deals had expired by that stage. The Retailer should feel embarrassed and apologetic being caught offering such an appallingly poor product let alone one with a price tag that suggested so much better.

Very nice chair, bit firm but will soften with use I’m sure. Fast delivery and was very impressed to receive a phone call the day after if placed the order thanking me for the order and confirming delivery dates etc.

I bought this tub chair for my wife as she finds a tub comfortable for her back, so this chair has gone down a treat. I must admit I also find it comfortable. I ordered it and it was delivered next day, I received a phone call telling me that the chair was with the courier. So very pleased with the chair and more importantly so is my wife. Highly highly recommended.
