Very pleased with the chair and the amazing prompt service

I had a confirmation phone call when I ordered, it was delivered the next day, the quality is first class

Fantastic service. I ordered a chair on line and about 10 minutes later I had a phone call confirming the order and delivery date, which was two days later.
The chair arrived as planned and was so good and priced well that we immediately ordered another

Excellent company to shop with

Arrived really swiftly. A lovely chair. We were so pleased we ordered another one

Quick service and happy with delivery and item is very good

The chair is too hard. No comfort in the seat.

Well made and good looking chair. Really good customer service for arranging delivery.

Great customer service and chairs really good for the price

Fast delivery and a good quality chair. Colour as requested. The chair seat is very firm and the back supports the sitter well. The seat cushion can be removed for cleaning and the fabric seems to be hard wearing and easy to spot clean.

Easy to order also had phone call after same day to say would be delivered next day good service pleased with the Chair good quality

Useful item of furniture. Bought one 3 years ago and now another 3
to go around a garden room table. Comfortable lower level makes for a lighter more airy view out and across the garden and beyond.

Strong but light chairs to move into another room if and when required.

Tough fabric and marks seem to sponge off well.

Company fast and reliable.

Lovely chair and great delivery service, very happy with my purchase

First class service. Chair delivered the next day as promised, well packaged and good value for money. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Friendly staff made me confident I had put my trust in the right business. The updates were excellent. The delivery was on time and I am delighted with my chair, which was excellent value for money. Thanks so much.

Excellent service- very pleased with the product

A company that does exactly what they say they will do and more! Buying online always is a gamble so I check reviews first, I hope this one will help someone decide to buy from Tub Collection. My first contact was to ask for a sample, it arrived quickly. The second was a phone call to make an order, the person I spoke to was really helpful. DPD then delivered my chairs, they again did everything right. I had a small problem which was easily resolved with an email and phone call. I have spoken to 3 different people at Tub Collection each were extremely helpful and friendly, better than five star service. By the way, the chairs are good too!

There was someone at the end of the phone I could talk to which was answered quickly and informative. Delivery was also quick. Excellent service

Excellent experience from placing the order to the delivery. Even received a phone call to update us on progress. We wouldthis company again.
