Crap, waiting for order from The Range but sold by a third party, this parcel company was used. Got an email to say order delivered while I was on phone to most unhelpful customer service ever to say it had been delivered. I don't think so!!!! Reference number given to me said every day at delivery depot. This is a pegola, it says on website a courier will get in touch nothing then its delivered, I would like to know where my order is!!!!

Awful service undelivered item saying it’s been delivered on email, completely different dates given, also 4 days late from what was arranged.

Horrendous service, had an email stating my small garden shed had been delivered. Erm I've been at home for over a week off work. I think I'd of seen a garden shed knocking about even if I'd been out and came home. The tracking stated its been at the depot since the 28th of March its now the 8th of April. Now I'm going have to try and get a refund for this invisible shed. Reading the reviews has shocked me, I always thought Tuffnells were a good company

Failed to come within window given ( min 8am - Tuesday 5pm) came Wednesday and only delivered part of order ( only discovered on opening it should have been 2 parcels) Asda outright refused to refund or replace and said I’d only get money back when Tuffnells picked up- surprise surprise they failed to collect on two occasions and could not be contacted… still waiting (29th March ) for pick up and refund, six months pregnant!!! Asda and Tuffnells need to be avoided!!!!!!

My large parcel was delivered to the wrong address. The picture was of a person's leg which wasn't mine. Very Poor avoid if you can.

AVOID AVOID !!!! tuffnells shift group at all costs.bought item on ebay on 25/3/24 dispatched on 26/3/24 and still not here on 6/4/24 and counting even after only txt since purchase yesterday saying it will be delivered by 6pm.no updates since. has cost me another mot fee because parts havnt turned up.company not fit for purpose and should go into administration again.conveniently have no way of contacting them or a claims dept.appalling service.spend your money with a trustworthy courier who can deliver your parcels.

Just avoid. These guys Tuffnells are a mess, false information on their "No reply" emails and no contact numbers that are working to get hold of them.
I wasted 10 days not receiving a package and my supplier had to resend through DPD, who are a serious delivery company!

Order never arrvied.

Ordered through a third party website who were using Tuffnells. Item was collected from seller but was then just left at collection depot and not delivered to me. Seller had to refund me in the end.

Avoid!!! I have been waiting for 4 lots of flooring I bought off Flooring direct on eBay! I ordered 18th March was told it would be 24hours delivery! Then I was told that it had been scanned for delivery on 21st March. Still no sign of flooring and caused mayhem with myself keep arranging and cancelling the fitter. Flooring direct has had difficulty contacting them and I have no idea how to contact Tuffnels!

Disgusting customer services. I will avoid buying anything that uses this delivery company.

I have someone elses delivery sitting in my front room. I dont know where it has come from so i cannot get in touch with anybody.. have tried to get intouch with tuffnalls but no email or number at all.

Absolutely useless, like tits on a fish.

My shed just never arrived. I stayed home on the date it was supposed to arrive, but it didn’t. No message, no email, and no shed. God only knows where it is now, and how can a 6 foot shed go missing?

Terrible my parcel stuck at depot waited in for 3 days now, app and customer service appalling.
I would now not order an item from a company that used them as a delivery partner…
They’ve obviously got real issues

Goods collected as expected and their tracking system updated. Progression through to ‘at Delivery Depot’, all good. They even send emails. My confidence level high. Then get ‘earliest delivery’ (Monday the 18th) and ‘latest delivery’ (Tuesday the 19th). Perfect. Time given as between 08:00 and 18:00 is just a bit disruptive but anticipate that will get finalised on the day. Evri , DHL,DPD all manage it. Even Royal Mail. So I wait, and wait and wait. Both days. Nothing. Contact the supplier who tells me that this shower don’t actually have a phone number and that they have to email South Africa. Read other reviews for confirmation of that. Given that the delivery is due latest Tuesday I arrange for builders to come on a Saturday to fit what is a major component of my house. Wednesday, nothing, Thursday, nothing. FRIDAY I get an email that they are delivering today! No time given but a sigh of relief. You’ll never guess what time they arrived! It’s impossible because … they didn’t. I live FORTY NINE MILES from the supplier on the south coast. FIFTY NINE MINUTES!!! What? Just what?? I feel absolutely helpless and despite the supplier taking ‘extraordinary action’, that will arrive next Monday. Possibly with the Tuffnell delivery, but who knows? They don’t! Word of advice. We moved into this house mid-December and due to the majority of purchases not being held in stock by suppliers (even B&Q act like Amazon now and if you buy from them, 90% seems to be shipped from THEIR suppliers) we have had probably fifty deliveries. EVERY DELIVERY HAPPENED IN THE TIME PERIOD GIVEN AND WAS TRACKABLE. So, very simply, check who your supplier is using and if it’s TUFFNELLS just don’t bother … or expect to wait in day after day for, from my point of experience, an indeterminate number of days.

Tuffnells are awful. I had orders on 2 different days, they failed to even bother attempt collection on both days. No communication, nothing. And dont bother trying to get hold of them, contact details for them are like hens teeth.

Now 6 Months and several £000's later, still this piece of junk does not work, Daikin are nothing but conmen and Charlatans in my opinion and just rip off their customers, Do NOT use a Daikin Air Pump system..
EVER..

They lost my parcel and seemed to not care - refused to compensate for the lost goods as I had not paid for insurance so they are obviously not caring about losing or stealing peoples goods. They are incapable and would advise everyone to not risk it and use another company who do look after their customers as they have already given up looking for my parcel which is scandalous as it must be in their depot unless they have sold all it contained.

Yet again Tuffnells prove themselves to be absolutely dreadful. This time lying saying they tried to deliver but no one was in which is completely untrue as I have been at home all day as I have had the day off work, eagerly awaiting the delivery. I've actually received three other deliveries from other couriers today without any issue.

Absolutely Appalling service. I was expecting a delivery of a gazebo yesterday I was aware that it was arriving in 2 separate package's. I waited in for it, at 11.10am I received a text saying it was delivered & a photo the photo of 1 package but it was not at my address, and my security cameras confirmed that no delivery was made. Today I received another text saying that package 2 was delivered again at 11.10am and again not to me. I have tried contacting them but no way to do that, yesterday I completed an online contact form but this has been ignored and no communication has been received from them. I will never again purchase anything from any company that uses this delivery service. I hear their going out of business hardly surprising with the Appalling service they give. I advice everyone to check the delivery company with any purchase and if it's this company shop elsewhere.

Absolutely awful courier company. Drivers clearly have no incentive to deliver parcels so they will just drive by an address and do the minimum possible (if that). I had a parcel that they failed to deliver multiple times over 2 weeks and then sent back to the sender with no notice. I will not be ordering from any company that uses Tuffnell as a courier going forward to save myself the headache.
