Don’t ever work here this company is so broke that they won’t pay you for a full shift when the shift ends early. Never did they provide water and the toliet was out of service my whole 3 months of working there. They ended up taking away peoples Fridays when that wasn’t bad they was taking away hours. Please nobody work here there’s other warehouses that pay good

Tuffnels Stole My Parcel

Tuffnels uploaded a photo from driver "Stuart Neil" in the Aberdeenshire area of the parcel lent against a wall, claiming delivery has been completed. They have not delivered to me, the image in the photo is NOT my house. The parcel is already late, I waited in yesterday and today for it.

I would not trust this scamming company, AVOID!

Dreadful service. They collected my order from the supplier on 28.2.24 and the tracking has not been updated since. The latest delivery date is shown as today but I've had nothing to confirm delivery will take place and even if I had today is a day I do school runs so I won't be in most of the afternoon.
This isnt the first time ive had a late delivery with poor tracking from these cowboys.
Shamefully bad company who seem to have no commitment to providing even a minimum level of service. God only knows when my order will arrive, if it will arrive and what condition it will be in after they've had it for over a week.
If you're a retailer or supplier I'd suggest you avoid using them if you want to keep your customers.

They just send an automated message claiming they've collected an item then fail to deliver within the time they promise and its impossible to contact them.
Rubbish company.

An appalling unprofessional service. Classic example of a company grown to large, using poor technology not fit for purpose. The website provides no useful information and is merely a self congratulatory series of statements, which are of course inaccurate as they have a service level of 0%. Inept and unprofessional.

I finally received my delivery. I had already been given a notification that it had been delivered 2 days earlier? The driver had only 3 of the 4 large packages in his van, and I could not contact anyone except the eBay seller who managed to chase up my missing package which was delivered a day later. You couldn't make it up!!
There was no option to give zero stars.

Absolutely appalling… waiting for two fence panels for three weeks .. still not arrived.. Call centre is in South Africa, so only contact is email. Avoid at all costs

Delivers packages to incorrect addresses and there is no way of contacting them to find out where they dump the packages.

Absolutely useless, no wonder they almost went out of business.

Agreed a delivery date then delivered early. Left high value goods on doorstep in rain. Avoid this company completely.

I was meant to have an item delivered today, with the latest it was meant to arrive as 6pm tomorrow which I had no problems with.
What I have problems with is when my order is marked as delivered and my delivery image is of a warehouse, somewhere, who knows where, but its definitely not my home where these items should be delivered to. When using their website to state I had an issue there was zero response to say whether it had actually gone anywhere, not even an automated email saying that they had my report and would look into it, nothing. No time scale for resolution.
In contrast the sender while not responding to my issue immediately does at least send an email acknowledging receipt of my request for support and gives a timeframe for a response.
Utterly dreadful customer service at all levels as far as I can see, and given my items are marked as "delivered" I see they are most likely lost to the void to be claimed by someone working in whatever warehouse it is they have ended up in.

Tuffnell’s was suppose to deliver a parcel by 6pm yesterday still no parcel. No contact number also tried to email and emails are bouncing back? Simply no way of contacting this company therefore no idea when my item is arriving. Even the tracking is rubbish. Left me having to pay my workers for work that’s not be done due to this parcel not arriving. Will never ever use this company again. Stay clear everyone

Terrible! Booked next day delivery and still waiting for them to pick it up five days later. No communication, terrible customer service who know nothing about the operation on the ground.

Worst delivery company ever
Email to say they delivering next day between 8am-6pm 3 days later still not arrived. No customer services to call and all there phone numbers have been disconnected. Avoid this company unless you like to wait around and not know what’s happening

Booked a collection for Mon 5th Feb with a 9-5pm window slot - and on the day they email me saying there had been an error and the collection will be Tuesday when I am booked to work (I am a freelancer).

I spent a large part of Monday trying to get Interparcel to confirm Wednesday instead of Tuesday and after 3 phone calls I got a new email saying Wednesday 9-5pm.

I was asked to work Wednesday but passed (£250) as had agreed for this new arrangement but Tuffnells did not show! I called Interparcel at 16.15 asking where Tuffnells was and they said wait until 1800?? I called again at 17.15 to see if they knew where Tuffnells were but no - Tuffnell again did not show up only this time I turned down work because of them.

Now Interparcel say Tuffnell will come today - I have been housebound again all day but there is no number to call Tuffnell directly to see if they ARE actually going to come. They have broken an agreed paid-for contract and I'm considering issuing a small claim for my loss of earnings yesterday when they did not fulfill their part of the contract.
It's 2024 - how can you not have a phone number to contact your drivers? Insane. AVOID.

The item hasn't arrived and I can't get hold of anyone. Has anyone got a number for tuffnells. I tried Ipswich but number keeps going dead.

I have something ordered from Wilco which leverage this company for delivery. Tuffnells informed a delivery date which the window is from 8:00 - 18:00 and in their portal saying the "You are unable to change this item at this time" which means the delivery window can't be changed. There is no customer service can be contacted how to change the date. I was forced to take a leave and stay in the delivery point for the whole day but no one was shown up eventually. The status is now changed from "At Delivery Depot" to "Collected From Sender". It's wasting time and no one inform me what's happening. This company is no different from saying that "You can't change the booking window but I can and you have to be available all the time waiting for me."

Awful company, avoid at all cost. My order was suppose to be delivered by these clowns, but never arrived. They don’t respond to messages.
