Do not use this company
We placed an order for nearly £3,000 in January and were told that the items would be delivered by 23rd February. The date kept moving back, although we had to work very hard to get any response or update from Tulip, they were very unresponsive. When we did manage to speak with them they promised to call us back and did not. Eventually on 31st March we lost patience and cancelled the order and requested a refund. No refund was forthcoming and 3 more weeks went by with us unable to get any response from them. Finally we raised a dispute via PayPal which prompted an angry call from Patrick who demanded that we cancel the dispute and also claimed that miraculously, the items had come in that day and could be with us in 2 days if we cancelled the dispute. I spoke with PayPal who strongly advised us against cancelling the dispute as that would prevent us from raising another dispute on this order (I'm guessing Patrick knew that and was hoping he could get away with keeping our £3,000 and never supplying the products). So in summary, do not use this company, they are at best reliable, at worst they are scammers. Avoid at all costs.

Disgraceful experience – paid more than £1,200, nothing delivered after 5 months, forced to recover money via bank
This has been one of the most unacceptable and stressful purchasing experiences I’ve ever had.
I paid more than £1,200 in full in November for a coffee table. What followed was nearly 5 months of silence.
No product. No delivery date. No response.
I made repeated attempts to contact the company to get basic information or request a refund — every single one was ignored. It reached a point where it genuinely felt like my money had simply disappeared into a void.
After waiting for months with absolutely no progress, I had no choice but to involve my bank to recover the payment. That is the only reason I got my money back.
Let that sink in: a customer pays over £1,200 and has to go through a chargeback process just to recover their own money.
This is not just poor service — it shows a complete lack of responsibility, transparency, and respect for customers.
If you are considering buying from this company, ask yourself whether you are willing to risk:
Paying a large amount upfront
Receiving nothing for months
Being ignored completely
Having to fight to get your money back
I would strongly advise extreme caution before purchasing.
Attitude was appalling!
I ordered a chair from this company and even though the chair was fine when I eventually got it the customer service from this company was dire.
The interaction I had was just awful sarcastic and tbh not very pleasant , the owner ( I’m guessing) really shouldn’t be in a customer based job as his attitude was appalling..
Be Aware of Unethical Practices
I paid in full for a couple of items from this online retailer, Tulip Interiors, and on neither occasion were the goods supplied. Only after repeatedly chasing a representative named 'Patrick' over several weeks during which I was repeatedly assured that "your order will be with you soon" did it become apparent that the orders were not going to be fulfilled.
Tulip Interiors continues to advertise and accept full payment for products that appear to be out of stock or discontinued. Such items should not be listed as available for purchase. Allowing consumers to place orders and pay in full for goods that cannot be supplied raises serious concerns regarding compliance with UK consumer protection legislation, including obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to deliver goods within a reasonable timeframe and to ensure that goods offered for sale are as described and genuinely available.
Furthermore, the provision of repeated assurances without delivery, coupled with the continued acceptance of payment for unavailable goods, may amount to a misleading commercial practice under the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008.
This conduct is wholly unacceptable, demonstrates a disregard for consumer rights, and reflects extremely poor and concerning trading practices. I would strongly caution other consumers before purchasing from this business!

Failed to deliver part of an order and I ended up having to take legal action via the small claims process in order to get my money back.

Awful company. I ordered some stools 12/11/25 and was advised 4-5 weeks, so I would have them in time for Christmas, so I proceeded with the order. On 30/11 I emailed requesting an ETA to ensure we were still on track for pre Christmas delivery (I was hosting and needed seating!). Never received a response. On 9th December I rang up after still not hearing anything, to be told that as a company they can’t be expected to keep every customer up to date on all supplier delays as this would create too much work for them! I finally got an answer that my stools were delayed and LIKELY mid/end of January (hardly reassuring), but this would be far too late for me so I cancelled the order. I had an email confirming acceptance of the cancellation and told my refund would take 14 working days. It’s now been over 14 working days and I still haven’t got my refund! Honestly, I never write reviews but couldn’t believe the cheek of this company, to take over £1000 off a customer and not refund it! Save your time and energy and buy somewhere else honestly
Finally found leather dining chairs I like
Patrick was amazing got my dining room chairs very quickly. They are lovely and comfortable very well packaged delivered without any hitches. Would definitely recommend this company and will order from them again.

Zero customer service at all
Zero customer service at all. Emails, calls, and promises to follow up go unanswered. I purchased a bunk bed from them and not only was there not even an automated order confirmation but the item was not as advertised. Item was said to be solid wood, but only the posts and bed slates were actually solid wood. The rest was MDF. Claimed to be custom made but it had clearly been sitting in a warehouse for months if not years. Quality was poor, items were damaged of missing, and bolt holes were photoshopped in the photo (they provide you with stickers to cover them which don't stay on). Fortunately my husband is handy and could repair and fix the issues, but for almost £2,000 there was zero quality. Emailed and called several times to resolve missing items and things not being as advertised with either no response or promises to follow up that never happen. If you like throwing your money into a pit and not knowing what you will get back, then this is the company for you. It's been nearly a year of my time and back and forth. Really appalling. False advertising and no pride in providing service.
Slow refund
Item ordered was discontinued. I requested a refund rather than an alternative. Over 2 weeks later, awaiting +£2k refund. Having contacted Tulip, they had not commenced the refund and requested bank details rather than processing refund to original payment method.
UPDATE - a refund was processed to my original payment method, and was received 14th May - 22 days after the original transaction.
