Turkington's service, from the inital sales pricing assesment, subsequent definitive survey, and final installation, was a faultless, and satisfying experience.
The pricing sales rep was extremly knowledgable, in all aspects regarding the product, with a deft ability of using a laptop to provide answers to all my queries.
The surveyor was professionally precise, accurate, and diligent in taking all necessary measurements, ensuring no future errors were possible.
Finally, the installation team worked unceasingly, for over 10 hours, not stopping for any breaks, accepting only coffee "on the go", to complete the job, ensuring that the slighest detailing was completed to my, and their, satisfaction.
Since having had my entire property fitted with new window frames and glazing, my home fells like new, with a warm, bright, soundproof and reassuringly comfortable ambience.
I can only give Turkington's a 100% approval rating, with a particular commendation to the installation team.

David from the Sales team was great! He explained everything to us, offered us objective & honest advice without being pushy. The surveyor was very polite & efficient, and the installation was earlier than expected, so we got to enjoy our new door even sooner. The installation was so smooth & the guy cleaned up after him so there was zero mess, he even took away the old door & frame for us. Any follow-up queries were dealt with really quickly & the Customer Service Team were so good. The pricing was very competitive, we even recommended Turkington to my parents for their porch door. All round, a great service & I would genuinely recommend them to anyone!

Excellent the whole way through. The sales staff did not push us into the most expensive option, but guided us towards an excellent solution; the technical measurement was done effectively and all the windows were a perfect fit; the window fitters were professional, polite and friendly, resulting in a surprisingly hassle free experience.

The work organised and carried out by Turkington's was exactly as I had wanted - windows, cladding around dormer windows, door, soffits, gutters and spouts. The planning visit to home was informative and helpful in deciding what exactly was required and the procedure for installation. The work was carried out exactly on the dates and timescale produced by Turkington's and the quality of workman ship and materials used first class. The team installing the windows(13) and door were most sympathetic to my home and despite my fears no mess and no requirement to redecorate afterwards. I was especially concerned in the kitchen and the tiles around the windows but care and skill ensured no issues. The outside work was carried out to their exacting high standards. The cost was competitive, the customer service professional, courteous and helpful and to date there have been no issues or concerns. My son who is an architect has looked carefully at the materials and work and considers it an excellent job.

Great job. Easy to deal with and clear communications. Fantastic fitting team, neat and tidy and friendly. The door and windows are high quality, no issues with gaps or glass. Quality is excellent .

Got windows and doors done last November (2023).
Overall they had the majority of the work done in a day and came back the day after to tidy up some little bits.
Was very happy with the work and completed on time when they said they would.
No complaints and would use again

Door not as demonstrated in diagram with wrong glass in windows of the door, no samples supplied at time of ordering to clarify what I wanted. Gaps under window frames from which I can see daylight also draughty. Turkingtons have not responded to last 3 emails. Even though they are in breach of contract and consumer act 19 & 14. They want final payment but contract states payment on completion of work they are not willing to complete the work. Absolute expensive disaster.

Your reply is vague. I am not happy with the door because it is not the one I chose. You do not actually have the door I requested on display in the showroom but showed a diagram which still remains different to the door I received. The second time in the showroom was to point out the right windows for the door but was ignored regarding wrong placement of windows in the door and hence different from diagram agreed to in the contract. The configuration of the CAD drawing is different from what I received. Hence not as per contract you are still in breech of contract and therefore according to your contract you request final payment on completion of the job. How can you request final payment when the job is still not completed? I did not mention draughty windows and daylight showing through the frame and wall as you refused to reply to my emails regarding the front door and window placements in the front door. It has taken me to put a review on trust pilot to get a response from your company, which is disgraceful. Also why would I pay for windows to be replaced with what I wanted in the first place rather than windows that looks like they are from public toilets when they are not in the position in the door as the CAD diagram I was shown and given.

I don’t know why you think I am stupid and should except what you say when no one has bothered to come out and see the evidence for themselves.

Turkingtons in Portadown recently built a conservatory, put two new doors in and and two new windows in my home. I can not thank the team enough for everything they have done this is from the receptionist, sales team and the installers. They where nothing but amazing and helpful. The quality of the workmanship was amazing and any queries I had or where answered swiftly and politely. I would definitely recommend Turkingtons to anyone looking any workmanship done. I trusted Turkingtons to install a full conservatory, picture window and door. The double glazed window lasted 10 years and failed. All the glass in the conservatory failed after 15 years. In contrast all the original double glazing is now perfect after 23 years. None of which was Turkingtons.
The conservatory according to Turkingtons needs totally replaced at more than the original cost.
My considered opinion is to go elsewhere. I am appalled at the low life expectancy of their units.

I contacted Turkintons re construction of a conservatory. A prompt consultation was arranged with Tim who visited my home. Information and advice was excellent I received plans all timely and descriptive. A decision was made and agreed unfortunately I had bad experience in securing loan. The firm was understanding and patient they maintained contact with me throughout and I endeavoured to keep them updated. Their support and assistance during this time was exceptional. Replacement Back Door
We asked Turkingtons to replace our old back door earlier this year. They made the entire process very easy, from helping use choose the best door to suit our needs to the day the door was finally installed. When the day of installation arrived the team fitting the new door did an excellent job and were very professional and tidy throughout. We are extremely pleased with our new door.
We would have no hesitation in using Turkington Windows and Conservatories again in the future.

Turkington windows were replacing our windows after 25 years. The team of two arrived and I have never in 35 years of marriage had such dirty unprofessional workmen in our house. They damaged every part of my house from top to bottom and Turkington had to send a man from restore NI to repair the damage they tore the wallpaper in several places took lumps out of my stairs floors doors it was unbelievable. My issue is that Turkington windows has never got anyone from there management to contact me the salesman came back out and said he would speak to his manager still no-one contacted me. Their man who fixes all mistakes has been once and there was so many things to do he has to come back. I have given Turkingtons name and number to people who on my recommendation have got their windows from them but I would not be recommending them again the dirt I was left to clean was unacceptable. I really thought the least they could have done was someone in authority to phone me not even an offer of any kind of refund. Terrible shoddy workmanship. Never again.

Andrew visited my home to discuss changing draughty windows. He listened to my preferences and made recommendations, without being pushy. The team who came to fit my windows worked very quickly and were neat and tidy. I've had so many compliments on the big picture window in our living room. Start to finish I've had a great experience and really pleased with the windows - 100% recommend turkingtons.

Our first meeting with Turkingtons windows was with Andrew in Lisburn. He explained everything perfectly and was always available with his friendly manner throughout.
The team arrived on the date arranged and completed our sash windows installation in 5 days, as promised.
We were very pleased with the installation and, importantly, with the clearing up afterwards.
We would mention, particularly, the installation team of Tony and Davy, for their excellent work, meticulous clearing up and their mannerly approach.

I had windows and doors fitted last year by Turkington Windows and was very impressed with them from beginning to end that I decided to get guttering this year and I am so happy with it and how it compliments my windows and doors. The fitters come and get the job done and clear up after them and nothing is too much trouble. I can certainly recommend them for quality and value.

Andrew Scott the salesperson was exceptionally helpful and practical, from the initial planning, design and budgeting of our Sun Room (as a substantial addition to our family home, as distinct from a mere conservatory), through to the finalising and costing of the proposal and the assistance with obtaining Building Control; while on the ground the Project Manager Nigel Gregson's efficiency and attention to detail ensured the work was done to time and to a very high standard, while being very considerate of the constraints of our already planned holidays, family events etc. Each of the building and fitting teams was a pleasure to have about the place; being courteous, professional, proficient, and tidy - and always very tolerant of our most inquisitive grand children! The few minor snags identified were attended to without quibble and with alacrity, and we are very pleased with the final outcome which is a most useful practical and good-looking addition to our home. The Ultraroof is certainly providing a good level of insulation even in the recent cold snap, and the entire construction is admired by all who have seen it. We would have no hesitation recommending the Turkington team and design / solution to anyone embarking on a similar venture.

Moved into new property built by Antrim builders Dec 2019 various problems that were half heartedly looked at after being in the property for about a year. Today after 3 weeks of trying to speak to someone for a follow up appointment to finally rectify the ongoing issues I've been told warranty no longer on windows,they will charge me a £65 call out fee however they're too busy to do the work anyway!!! I will be making a formal complaint to Antrim Builders about this shoddy company. However in the meantime DO NOT USE THIS FIRM they do not care about you once they have your money. Worst company I have dealt with in Northern Ireland indeed EVER.

The process was from initial enquiry to final installation very professional and executed with great skill and workmanship
