Not great they give up at the first sign of resistance. We took back the account and within days had a settlement offer. They claim there values did not align with ours basically lazy

Whilst we appreciate your right to leave feedback, for context that may help other readers: the reasons we declined further engagement were set out in writing to you at the time.
As a collection agency, we hold ourselves to professional standards, and that means being selective about the engagements we take on.
In your case, concerns about the underlying conduct of the engagement were raised with us by the debtor's solicitor, and we were separately asked at the outset to involve the police as leverage. Those factors together led us to conclude that further engagement with you wasn't the right fit for us.
This was never about the money or our ability to recover debts owed. It was a commercial judgment about how we choose to operate.
