Fantastic Company. Simon from Turnpike has been nothing but the best. He has been extremely helpful and all round a great guy. I will for sure be ordering from this company again. If you want to use a company with as big a collection as DJKit, Gear4Music and Thomann but want a much more personal feel then use Turnpike! They stock anything from cheap speakers to full line array systems. Only thing I was hoping for was after spending over 100K in a month was the moving light cases to be thrown in as I haven't had it before where I've had to buy them. Traditionally they are free.

Normally a djkit customer of long standing, but this time felt my loyalty was taken for granted, so decided to put an order in with turnpike. We'll my order was for lighting and a pair of qsc ks118s. Order went in monday evening just delivered now weds 2.30.. more than happy with the service and will be back ..... soon.

Order arrived no problems, but god help you if you need support. I asked a question before my order had even been sent and a week later I haven't even had a response to say it's being looked into. I'd certainly think twice before ordering fton Turnpike again.

received a phone call fomr Turnpike apologising for missing teh emails. Very helpful guy answered my queries and went beyond the "call of duty". More than happy to recommend.

Excellent communication with staff regarding a large order of Octopus ukuleles. Would definitely shop again due to great quality items and very helpful staff!

Website was easy to use and the ordering/payment process was painless from a mobile device. The team at Turnpike was incredibly helpful when DPD messed up the delivery. Highly recommended, but would be nice to receive a confirmation email once the item has been sent along with tracking number.

Although the items ordered, Icon Qcon G2 and an Icon extender unit, did not function correctly as they were either faulty or just not fully compatible with Logic Pro X the service and support from Turnpike Audio was excellent and they gave me a full refund.

1st time I have used Turnpike Audio,
I will now be using them all the time.
