So very helpful and managed to source the piece of equipment we wanted, also delivered extremely quickly.

I ordered an Allen & Heath mixer from these guys on the Monday as it was the best price I could find. I emailed them to ask if they were delivering as usual (due to covid-19) and got a swift reply saying they were business as usual for deliveries, so I ordered. I didn’t hold out for much hope of receiving it the same week all things considered. However I received it thevery next day which I thought was excellent! Simon was very helpful and and provided great communication throughout. The B stock control surface arrived in excellent like new condition. There was a slight hiccup with the initial delivery process which is the reason I haven't given a 5 start rating. All in all I'm a happy customer.

Absolutely outstanding service for a first-time buyer, the product I bought was an ex-display model but it could not be found so I was sent a completely new one for no extra charge! Not only that, but I was updated frequently via email and received the product in the morning on the following day. Amazing service.
