What a great shop, I ordered a new microphone online and it was sent next day delivery. Simon was lovely, ended up chatting on the phone for half an hour the next day and he knows all there is to know about gear. Most impressed - after I placed my order, I received the usual automated receipt, but shortly after I also received a personalised email to thank me for my order, and to tell me that the goods would be with me within two to three working days. My speaker actually arrived the following day, not much more than 24 hours after placing the order!

The smoke machine was delivered today, price by far the best around, communication could not have been better. Great price, felt like a personalised service, my go to for music equipment now.

This is an extremely good company, recently I bought some lasers and then added the MK111 lasers to the MK11 lasers I also bought from them to find they were incompatible, Turnpike refunded my old lasers and sent new ones and paid for the postage without hesitation, I now only buy my equipment through them plus Simon always updates me by email when my delivery is coming and what time and also makes sure I received the Item 10 out of 10 service
