Bought a Denon DN300r. Rang spoke to Simon who offered his advice and no pressure. Hung up rang back a little more advice and I was ready to purchase. Managed my expectations with an expected delivery in a couple of days. Next morning an email to say it will be with me later that day and it was. Customer service is everything and Turnpike's has earned them a returning customer in the future.

Very impressive service. After placing my order I was advised that the item I wanted was out of stock & given the option of cancelling or waiting about 4 weeks. I decided to wait for stock and my order actually arrived in a few days rather than weeks! I was kept fully informed by e-mail. I would definitely use Turnpike Audio again and intend to do so, when I next need some studio equipment.
