Why can’t it always be like this?
The mark of a good company isn’t that they get it right all of the time. No one does that. It’s when there is a problem, regardless of how small or large—they sort it out, quickly and without fuss. I ordered an audio interface from them, unfortunately it wasn’t in stock. Simon immediately emailed to apologise and explain the situation, and offered to cancel the order, but if I didn’t mind waiting a little longer he would order the interface from Steinberg and dispatch it as soon as it arrived. I decided to precede. Several days later he emailed to say he was dispatching and the next day I received it. Why can’t it always be like this?
