As the red for some reason it didn’t work. I rang Simon up at turnpike and Straightaway arrange for it to be picked up and I new one Sent out. I would definitely recommend turnpike!!! Thanks again Simon.

They actually deliver quicker than they state. I ordered a Furman power conditioner one day, the very next there it was. I have to say that's brilliant service and extremely efficient. Their product was also the cheapest.
When a customer gets that level of service, it certainly makes them more inclined to buy from again.

I was a little worried when buying from Turnpike (this was my first time) as Cubase was much cheaper on this site than elsewhere. I needn't have worried - the communication and customer service from Simon has been excellent. I received my Cubase within a week (it first had to be ordered from Steinberg). I'll definitely be buying from again. And if anybody has the same reservations I had - don't!

Called Turnpike Audio and others for some advice on solid state audio recorders. Spoke to Simon who answered all my questions and called me back with some extra information. I left messages with three other companies but only Simon from Turnpike Audio called me back. I placed my order with Turnpike Audio. 24 hours later the recorder was delivered, installed and working. Very please with the whole experience and would recommend Turnpike Audio.

This place had the best price for an item I wanted I thought it was too good to be true! I bought the item and it was out of stock and they emailed me about it and said they will order it for me from their supplier. They were responsive and let me know when they got it and then let me know when they sent it out to me. Very nice service and turned out to be very trustworthy!
