My son likes the lessons he has .the teacher often contact us and discuss about his learning. We are so happy with Tutor Wizz

After confirming in an email and on the phone that if my child did not get along with the minimal support that they give I was sent this email after we left

By cancelling the agreement early and without communication to Tutorwiz, it "may" trigger our collections team to discuss options to pay the outstanding balance of £576.00

Beware

UPDATE- 3 weeks later and still being harassed, be careful when they call you on a mobile number as that is when they pretend to not be able to find calls.

Very helpful tutors always ready to answer any questions you may have! Both my kids have improved vastly, I can’t fault anything

Their customer service is awful. They get you trapped in the 6 month contract telling you that you can quit anytime, when asked to pause the subscription they keep taking payments. I had a terrible experience!!!

My granddaughter commenced home education in August. We used this company to help my granddaughter gain her confidence back. She was assessed, the outcome was, she worked at her level, not what was expected.
There was support if we needed it.
The weekly results were very helpful, and help provide evidence to the LA.

We needed math & English GCSE as part of our Home Education for my two daughter in year 8 & year 10 .. honestly a fantastic Education Platform that catered for both girls year academic requirements with a tutor on call & they also weekly catch up with you as a family to see if you need additional support. You also receive a weekly emailed report on each child’s progress and this can be used for schools or in our case the Education Department to prove full time home education.
I could not have achieved home Education without Tutor Wiz .. so would defo recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️😊.. Hannah Beatrice & Hetty

Great online tutoring with really helpful admin staff and tutors. My daughter really enjoyed the structure and I found the weekly reports super helpful.

I feel Tutorwiz was a great option for our son who hit a difficult patch at school through sen needs and school not being the right environment for him. We had an interim period where school and the local authority wouldn’t provide learning materials for him at home. We signed up to Tutorwiz for access to maths and English for him to keep up at home. It was very straightforward in regards setting up; the sessions were easy to follow and we got follow up reports and weekly check ins. The staff very responsive and if we need to come back to them we won’t hesitate. He’s back in school now on and off and thanks to tutorwiz hasn’t fallen too far behind his peers. He’s in Year 8.
Would highly recommend.

DOWNLOAD A GCSE APP INSTEAD AND SAVE YOURSELF £121 a month.
NOT real teachers, just remote workers reading from a SCRIPT.
No real feedback for my son. Think it happened once. Couldn't do enough for us whilst setting up the account (bank details).
Difficult to get hold of someone to help 'tutor' my son. Often no return calls and only worked Monday to Thursday 3.30 - 6.30pm.
May as well have downloaded a GCSE app as the tutors were so awful, I ended up teaching my son.
And at the end I tried to download the £5 primark voucher my son worked hard for their 'admin' had blocked my email from requesting this.
Awful company.
Total con.
Steer clear!

My daughter was struggling and was on the borderline on SEN we were told she would not pass her SATs I searched high and low for online teaching and I found Tutorwiz and decided to try it out which was the best decision I ever made my daughter passed her SATs with flying colours I would 100% recommend Tutorwiz to all

I wanted a platform to support my children's learning and tutorwiz has being amazing. I recommend this to all parents.

I have been with this programme for a couple of months now for my girls and the progress is amazing, we get a call from our tutor each fortnight explains what is needed of them, very good programme I would highly recommend it to anyone.

My son is really enjoying this platform. They send every Sunday brilliant resources for my son. Wonderful site.

Work for kids was always delivered on time and marking on time as well
All concerns or achievements the team rang me promptly and weekly reports given, even team from time to time rang me this brief about my childrens performance.
I even recommended Tutorwiz to my sister in law who also enrolled her son K.Nkomo who I believe is happy
