Asked for initial advice and waited few days. I got insufficient advice and asked for more details and didn't get reply until today. From about 20th of September until today didn't get any professional advise just a well over the top service for opening a file for £3k. Waste of time and very unprofessional approach to client !

Had a consultation regards a legal matter, we were kept waiting half an hour. The senior solicitor told me he would need to refer to another part of his organisation to check the details he was giving me. The consultation time ran over. I was there one hour forty minutes BUT was charged for two and a half hours.

Basically a waste of my time and money !!!!

The team at TWM Solicitors LLP was great! The process was pretty seamless - they are great at doing the work in the background and taking the pressure off their customers. They were also completely transparent with the fees breakdown from the very beginning.

We were referred to TWM in Guildford to create a new lease after the sudden resignation of the Reigate office contact. Roshan Rabheru at TWM Guildford was appointed our solicitor.

As the lease had been somewhat delayed Roshan took on the task and quickly set to work to produce a lease for us.
He dealt with the with the matter in a very professional way and at all times accurately produced the draft, his attention to detail was remarkable any suspect points raised were carefully
covered and not missed.

The lease was drawn up and approved and we only
met face to face on the day of applying our signatures.

Amanda, our lawyer, was always prompt, helpful, thorough, efficient, and most importantly, spoke English rather than 'legalise' (throughout a process that lasted more than a year). It was extremely easy to discuss issues with her and decide the way forward.

I've been using TWM for various matters over the last 10 years. I'd originally indicated that 'they are professional and get things right', but I've now found that in a property purchase they failed to notice that part of the land I was buying was not registered, creating significant issues which I am still waiting for them to resolve after 6 months of poor communication and inadequate action.

We instructed TWM Dispute Resolution team to advise us as landlords when faced a dispute between our residential long leaseholders and our managing agent. The TWM team were very knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with and were able to navigate the matter to a successful conclusion for all parties. This company were acting for my mortgage provider and they could not have been more useless. The whole case was an absolute catalogue of errors which resulted in needless delays and huge amounts of stress. The legal assistants are rude and seem to be very poorly supervised.
