My part was processed and delivered very efficiently as it arrived the following afternoon! It was well packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
Upon comparison with my old part, I discovered some differences which I needed to clarify with UK Spares. My call was met with courteousness and professionalism, solving the query within a short timeframe.
I would not hesitate to use this company again.

A useful spares company.
I ordered a replacement Xpelaire impeller which arrived quickly.
It was packed in a polythene with the Xpelaire part No clearly showing.
It looked identical to the impeller being replaced but the shaft boss was fractionally smaller in diameter than the motor shaft it was being mounted on. It was necessary to ream out the plastic boss slightly to obtain a fit.
The part No was correct for my Xpelaire model so I cannot understand how the shaft to impeller fixing was badly matched.
Still it's OK now, and doing the job!
