Great service and very quick to arrange instalation.

We were a little cautious about installing a water softener, as we have an older property (18th Century cottage), and were worried about disruption and the overall aethetics. We met with Sarah from UK Water Softeners who took us through all of our options, and ensuring that all of our questions were answered and our conerns were allayed. There was no pressure, just great, attentive and knowledgeable service. We needed an external housing for the unit, and Sarah helped us find one that was in keeping with our property. Installation by Steve was excellent, as he made sure there was minimal disruption or impact to the older walls of the property. Steve talked us through the entire process, and found ways to mitigate some of the specific challenges our property brought, and completed the task in just a few hours. The quality of his work was excellent throughout. If you are unsure about whether your property and your specific situation are right for a water softener, I would certainly recommend UK Water Softeners, and Sarah in particular, for her unbiased, informed and engaged approach. She answered every question we had, both before choosing to proceed and afterwards, and we could not be happier with the product chosen, the installation, or the service throughout.

From initial enquiry to home survey to installation the whole experience was very friendly and professional. Sarah conducted the initial survey and explained the choice of softners. Andrew came and did the installation and was very professional and left everything clean and tidy. This is a lovely family business and I would reccomend them very highly to anyone looking for a water softner.

The installation process was seamless. The engineer arrived exactly on time, was incredibly polite, and completed the job neatly under the kitchen sink with zero mess left behind. They took the time to explain exactly how the system works and how to replenish the salt blocks. The unit itself is compact and works brilliantly. Exceptional customer service and a top-quality product!

My existing water softener had died (after 22 years), Carl came and explained my options but applied no pressure and left me to think about them .I contacted the office and discussed my options with them .At my convenience Carl same back 2 weeks later and fitted me with a new one .No stress !

From first contact to final installation our experience was that UK Water Softeners are professional and reliable. We needed two water softeners because our house has an extension with a separate mains. Both of these softeners were installed well, despite some complexity in the physical layouts. I was told by the original manufacturer that our softener was too old (13 years) for a worthwhile repair.
On calling UK Water Softeners they suggested they take a look as that might not be the case.

Reliable, professional, and great customer service. I have used the company for 26 years when they installed my first water softener. I would not be without out it now and when it did need maintenance this week (for the first time in 13 years!) Carl came out quickly and had it back working that day.
