UK Water Softeners Opiniones

Clear helpful advice from beginning to end, and the installation engineer was so thoughtful with regard to routing of pipework and future access to things such as the main stopcock.

I don't very often write reviews however this company certainly deserves one! I was in need for a water softener due to being in a hard watar area and my property did have once installed previously however it was taken by the previous occupier. I managed to touch base with the previous occuipier and asked for their make and model they have taken with them. Upon response I was provided with UK Water Softeners Wokingham, Berkshire with contact details for Sarah Thomas. After contacting Sarah I got an immediate response and she offered to visit to disuss options and inspect the location as to where the previous water softener was installed to which I agreed to. The visit went extremely well and she clearly explained the avaiable options, no pressure sales and listened everything I had to say. I chosen the options and got a quotation which I was really impressed with. Then on installation on the day and time as agreed Steve Harvey turned up and performed the installation professionally, yet again taking everything into consideration that I explained and the installation went exactly as I hoped. The end result is fantastic! This is exactly what a business should be. Friendly, no pushy sales and got straight to the point. Thank you to everyone involved with the servce that I have recieved. UK Water Softeners you certainly have my approval! Thank you!

Engineer friendly & informative. Service & repair carried out promptly at reasonable cost.

Very professional installation by an experienced installer. The results were impressive from day one. Highly recommended.

We have found this business trustworthy, efficient and professional at all times. We have recommended friends to them too and have just been told we will be receiving 10 packs of block salt as a thank you you!! We are delighted. Thank you!

This was our second softener purchased from UKWS (we moved home). Sarah in sales was great and Steve who did the installation, did a fantastic job! Thank you, reliable and trustworthy, love it!

For several years, we have relied on UK Water Softeners for our Harvey block salt deliveries, and their service never disappoints. This family-run business truly stands out, with James, their delivery gentleman, being exceptional. Always courteous and ready to assist, James makes sure we, as seniors, receive the help we need by bringing the hefty salt blocks straight into our kitchen. We appreciate your assistance today, James.

I have been using the UK water softeners for close to two decades. They are always friendly, nice and easy to deal with. Last week, on arrival, the driver, James helped me to split my salt order between me and my neighbour. He helped to carry them to the most convenient places that wasn't convenient for him. James was just being exceptional. He was so helpful, friendly, and polite with great manners. Thank you James. I would recommend anyone to use their services and buy their products.

James has been delivering salt blocks to us for years. Friendly, polite and does all the heavy lifting, putting them directly on a shelf in the garage if we are in or a safe place if not. Competitively priced. Environmentally aware delivery, delivering salt blocks to others in the area on the same round.

Very helpful from my first contact right through to the installation. The installation of the softener was seamless being undertaken in a professional manner from start to finish, without any snags whatsoever.

Fantastic service

Competitive price; job done quickly and accurately. Good communication.

Another salt delivery, on time, delivered by the always helpful James. Thanks again.

New water softener was fitted quickly

A well established family business for two very good reasons. They are what they say they are. And they do what they say they'll do. And very well.

Excellent experience from start to finish, and onward. Service when purchasing was friendly and competitively priced, with quick and easy salt deliveries once installed. Highly recommended!

This was a quick and efficient service. All our questions were answered, Sarah was very knowledgeable and obviously knew the product extremely well.

Uk Water Softeners has delivered our Harvey block salt for a number of years now. They are a great family business and James their delivery man is wonderful. He is very polite and helpful. We are two older people and James always helps us carry the heavy blocks of salt into our kitchen. Thank you again for your help today, James.
