UK Water Softeners Opiniones

The installer arrived on time and was honest in the appraisal about the condition of our existing water softener. He gave me a price there and then to install a new machine, and completed the work within the time period he had said. No fuss, no mess. Thank you.

What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

Great reliable service being using them for over 25 years. Totally recommend

All the team have been amazing, from our first meeting with them, through installation, and most recently Jade has been incredible.
Nothing was too much trouble. We needed the unit taking out whilst we had some building work done, I had mentioned it to them before, but totally forgot to book it in. Jade was incredible and spoke to Andrew who came out that day for us, as he had a bit of spare time towards the end of his day.
Was 100% my issue, but they helped out and went above and beyond.
If you are looking for a decent water softener which actually works, and the team and excellent customer experience to back it up, then Sarah and the whole team are for you!

Great experience dealing with Sarah and her team. She explained everything really clearly and the fitting on the day was very efficient.

We have just had a replacement water softener installed by UK Water Softeners and they were excellent to deal with.

They were competitively priced and Andy who installed the unit was excellent

I would highly recommend them

On time, polite very helpful plumber. Really pleased with new water softener..

Professional staff covering all aspects of sales, survey, and installation,
Installed in a timely manner at the agreed price…. Keep the good work up.

Very quick and straightforward, price is reasonable also competitive. Sarah visited us a day after contact, and provided helpful information for us to decide which products to go with. Our water softener is fitted today by Pete, who’s very professional and respectful. Very happy with the whole process. Highly recommend.

Professional and friendly service with the personal touch. Everything was great from the first visit by Sarah to the installation by Peter.
Thank you so much.

From the initial enqiry to the installation of a water softner the experience was outstandng I would recommend this company to anyone considering buying a water softner. You will not be disappointed.

UWS supplied and installed our softener in our previous house, and when we moved, they reinstalled it in our new house. On both occasions, Pete, the installer, did a very neat and tidy job. I would recommend it.

We have used UKWS before and actually got the same guy Andy both times to fix our system. Would have no hesitation but recommend them (and Andy !), brilliant service, many thanks

Go-to place for water softeners! Incredible service and incredible people.

Great experience - no pushy sales. Excellent installation service. Thanks.

Really professional company to deal with. The installation was completed without any issues and Pete was a lovely guy who loved his job and took great pride in his work. I would definitely recommend this company

Friendly family based service backed up by knowledgeable experienced team

An excellent job done by Sarah (Comms, visit, ordering, expert advice) and Steve (fitter, plumber, troubleshooter). We had a water softener fitted and a Quooker filter. We discussed the options with Sarah - she gave great advice, which we took. A week later and Steve came to do the fitting. He also did an amazing tidying up of the bonkers pipework under our sink and fitting a new stopcock. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent knowledge from the sales consultant who advised and help choose the right softener for us. The delivery time was quick, as was the fitting. The fitting engineer clearly knew his stuff and made a very tidy job of pipe adjustments and the fitting of the actual softener. Her was polite and courteous, and respected my property. Highly recommend.
