UK Water Softeners Opiniones

After nearly 20 years our old softener died and so we went back to UK Water Softeners who had installed the original. They turned up within 24 hours, checked that the old one was really dead and installed a new one. With an upgrade deal we felt very happy

We received excellent service from UK water softeners who fitted our previous softener 20 years ago.
Both Andrew and Sarah visited to discuss the best water softener for our house and current needs.
Fitting was arranged promptly and carried out efficiently by Carl who managed to fit the machine in a tight space. Would not hesitate to recommend

It was an excellent service, Sarah was brilliant she has done initial survey given competitive price compare with other providers in our area. Steve has done excellent work for installation. I was pleased with their service.

I booked a visit and Sarah called me back. It was prompt response. During the visit she explained the potential problem during the installation. I like that she is not just want to sell you a product but she would really observe the property and let you know the problem. I am satisfied with the overall experience. Everyone in the company was helpful and assist you with any question.

The work to replace my old water softener with a new one was carried out efficiently. I am now confident that I will enjoy all the benefits of soft water especially not having to clean a buildup of lime scale.

Excellent service from quotation to installation and free delivery of salt blocks all within a matter of weeks. Lovely experience with Sarah the manager who visited our property and and sent us a quote promptly. She has a lot of knowledgable and took us through all options, taking time to explain and demonstrate thoroughly making it easy for us to choose the device that suited our property. We also had a Triflow Tap fitted to our water softener which allows you to have hot and cold softened water and a water filter for drinking water all in one.
We cannot recommend this company highly enough for their excellent communication, informative approach and efficient service.

Highly recommend UK Water Softeners!
I made contact with Sarah after problems with a Kinetico softener. She suggested next steps and manage to get Kinetico to get in touch with me before I could reach them. After the Kinetico visit, which was very little help to me, I decided to go with UK Water Softeners as they customer service and knowledge by far exceeded any other company I've researched. From start to finish Sarah, Andrew and Steve delivered an excellent service.

Sara was spot on with what we wanted for our needs.
Amazing service and set up done by Steve!

Fantastic experience.
We shopped around, looking for a combination of service and value, and UK Water Softeners stood head and shoulders above the rest of the market.
A local, family business (which is very important to me), and the fitter/plumber Pete did a great job, and was also very tidy.
The unit is hidden in a corner cupboard, can hardly be seen, and the water quality was transformed in only a couple of days.
Huge thumbs up

Everything went well with the installation, Steve did a really good job with what looked like a complicated situation with the pipe work and access to it all via the sink cupboard, etc.
Thank you for your sensible advice and clearly explaining it to us. Dealing with all of you has felt very easy and efficient.

Definitely would recomment UK Water Softener. They are quick responder, even after purchase. 100% happy with their product and service.

1 example of their good service: After purchase, I called them by accident and I hung up immediately. But they called me back to ask if everything is alright!!

Professional, prompt pre-sale service followed by a quality installation

Engineer called to repair and service our water softener unfortunately machine had seen better days and was knackered, It was 13 years old, I had an option to rebuild or replace decided to replace with the latest model, engineer was professional polite and informative and very tidy, I would not think twice about recommending uk water softeners “excellent”

Had our water softener installed a month ago on recommendation from a friend who had a great experience. The presales visit and quote was very clear and answered all my concerns and questions. Had the install done a week later. The installation was very quick and done to a very professional level. They explained how to use and manage the device in nice simple terms. Really glad we had this installed as we are already noticing the benefits of no more limescale and softer skin. Also glad we chose uk-water softeners as they gave great customer service before, during and after installation. Highly recommended.

The UK Water Softeners are brilliant. The no-obligation quotation is very smooth with detailed elaboration. The installation arrangement has been arranged shortly with only several days of lead time. The installation is also smooth while plumber is highly qualified to offer you the most appropriate installation method. Highly recommended!

We had a water softener installed over a month ago and our experience of the sales process, installation and after sales have all been great. The water softener has made a huge difference to limescale build up and the instant drinking water from the tap makes life much easier. Installation was neat and everyone we dealt with was helpful and polite.

My water softener had stopped working with hard water staining everywhere... A call to UK water Softeners and they had an engineer (Carl) over to me within 24 hours to service my Water Softener. All working perfectly again. Highly recommended 10/10

I'm extremely satisfied with the services. Sarah and team were professional, knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process, the installation was seamless. I highly recommend UK Water Softeners for their exceptional service and expertise.

Great service, we had initial urgent support to remove our faulty water softener followed by seamless install of the new one.

Sarah came to our house on time, explained the options and discussed the unit installation location options.

She was able to give the quote there and then and arrange a date for installation.

Peter came a few days later to install the softener unit, an additional filter and an extra outside tap. All of this was done quickly, cleanly and without any drama.

We would certainly recommend
