Happy Customer for many years
I've been with UK Wholesale Direct for about 10 years now and cannot fault them (except their awful website which hasn't changed much in that 10 years).
Customer services is first class and their prices are the best I have come across. I have full fibre broadband and phone line with them and always get great BB speeds of around 76mbps.
I moved a second business over to them about 18 months ago and again no complaints there either.
No complaints at all. Ignore their poor website and give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

We moved from BT a few years ago to UK…
We moved from BT a few years ago to UK Wholesale Direct, we need a reliable service so we were nervous to move as we had been BT customers for over 30 years, we moved our telephone line first then our broadband. We need not have worried,everything went without a hitch. On a couple of occasions that I have needed to contact UK Wholesale Direct they have been excellent, you get through to someone straightaway who is friendly and helpful unlike BT where I would call them be passed from one dept to another and then sometimes get cut off. I can highly recommend this company
