Scam Company
Ordered a Chromebook. Due to Coronavirus most places shut or no stock. Found this company via google. Called before ordering online to make sure the item was definitely in stock. I was assured they had 5, and was promised next day delivery (at an extra charge).
Next day no delivery confirmation and surprise, surprise item not sent. After numerous e-mails and phone calls was told the item was out of stock, and that there were none left in the U.K, however they would dispatch once back in stock!
Unbelievable. No apology, but tried to blame Covid 19.
After 5 further phone calls I eventually got through to a very helpful lady in accounts who was able to cancel my order and refund me.
Buyer Beware, avoid at all costs.

On the plus side
On the plus side, part of the order was delivered very quickly and quicker than we could get it from the manufacturer - which is what we normally do.
Beyond that, customer service is woeful. Woeful might be too kind a word since it would imply that they at least tried.
Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking customer service, attitude of the people working in the sales is terrible, rude and disrespectful services is what they do daily. Avoid if possible.
