I wouldn’t even give one star! 48 hours and still waiting for a response. I’ve contacted every email, completed every form and even on social media. Not one person has replied to my complaint about changing agents. Agent very poor in response time, does not reply with any individual attention did not answer my questions at all. Excuse was she has thousands of applications to look after and 5 countries. This is a dedicated agent?!! This is unacceptable and poor, especially for the money you’re charging. Zero trust that the application will also have the same approach or lack of!! Unfortunately I’ve exhausted all avenues as she is still not responding to emails and I’m asking for a full refund, surprise… Zero response! I would not recommend this company based on my first hand experience. You do not get a dedicated and efficient agent handling your case as personally as they can and response times not acceptable. There is no benefit at all. Time zone differences are one thing, so assign me to a country where the time zone is similar! Or to the UK. Zero excuses for lack of comms and due diligence on replies. Very Poor experience and no communications. How can you promote a dedicated agent and advertise the personal approach when you are unable to answer any emails yet encourage email communications on your website. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience and I want someone to provide my full refund asap!

My passport had to be renewed. Brittany was absolutely great, we have no words to describe how stress-free it was. She was prompt, very quick in responding 2 or 3 times the same day. She was very clear and precise what was required. She even explained how to take a photo where, size and what light was required on the photo.From South Africa everything was done by email. Even to the last detail of how to package through the old passport. We were emailed every step of the way. The tracking of new passport was detailed very well. Today we received the New Passport. I would recommend Brittany at any given time. We had never ever in our lives experienced such prompt and excellent service from any service provider. Especially being it an overseas requirement. Bravo to the training staff of this company. Keep up the par excellence work by your staff. This was indeed a pleasure. Will definitely be recommending Brittany to my British friends that are staying in SA that may need your services. Thanks a million Brittany. I was able to renew my passport without any anxiety or concerns. My emails were answered quickly and I had help every step of the way. I received my new passport in less than a month from start to finish. Government websites can be confusing so I was very happy to find another site to take the stress out of the renewal process.

I was so dreading this process which in the past had been dealing directly with the British embassy in Canberra- this was an absolute dream in comparison! Natasha was my contact person the whole way through and everything worked as it should

Shaun did a fantastic job walking me through the process, explaining each step, and answering any questions that I had. This process couldn't have been more straightforward! Not to mention the fact that I got my passport back far quicker than I got my US passport back despite living in the US

My paperwork history is complicated, but they made it happen. I successfully received my British passport.
I would recommend them to anyone who would like to apply for their passport.
