Very happy to date ..

The unit was ordered and delivered within 18 hours. A genuine Blue Air product in a sealed box. There are no issues with it to date and a really great price. The Blue Air, and Air purifiers all suffer from the same fault that is the app is really flakey and works when it feels like it. That is not the fault of the supplier. By the way, I read so many reviews about faulty goods (not referring to this company) that there have been difficulties in getting a refund etc . The solution? pay with a credit card and I can assure you that section 75 will apply and you can go off and get their help which I have always found to result in a quick solution...So, I have a new working unit, a good price and quick delivery all very satisfactory !!

I purchased a whisper fan some weeks…

I purchased a whisper fan some weeks ago £99, it was very quiet, my wife ask me what l want for my birthday l said get me another fan for my birthday , she went on my site ordered a self same fan cost £124 , she didn't realise the price difference but within a month £24 difference ,has it put a downer on it ???

A faulty fan - Service insisted it wasn't faulty

I have had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a fan & initially it worked fine, however within a couple of days it stopped working although due to having a battery there was still signs of life e.g. it would beep to turn on & the battery symbol would flash, but the fan did not work.
I contacted the service dept & they asked for video evidence. When I sent them the they said they have never heard of this before, so it can't be faulty!!
Annoyed I contacted the manufacturer & told me it is faulty and UK Air Purifiers need to collect it and either refund or replace the unit.
UK Air Purifiers reluctantly arranged a collection but said if there is no fault I would need to pay for postage, which was £10. Since I had a fan that didn't work this was my only option.
On receiving the unit back (the next day) they told me it works fine. They also told me it went back to the manufacturers service department, which I know it didn't because that was not the address I sent it to and this was the day after the return.
I explained to them that the unit did not work, I even got my husband to check it over as he is an electrician and he could find no power from the AC adaptor, so this was probably the issue. I explained this to them and said did you use an alternative adaptor - they said they used the one that it was send with.
Anyway the fan did not work for me after 4 days of using it & maybe it worked for them when it arrived back to UK Air Purifiers - Potentially it was an intermittent fault that will arise again when the send the fan to the next person to order it!
But they tried to charge me £15 for sending the fan back (they originally quoted £10) - They eventually refunded the unit cost less £10. However I would not touch this company with a barge pole as it seems that if you have a faulty until they will try to blame you & deny there is a fault.

I have contacted the manufacturer who were very interested to hear the poor service UK Air Purifiers are giving on their product & also claiming that the manufacturers service department looked at the fault. They are going to contact UK Air Purifiers regarding this. I will be ordering direct from the manufacturer now as they response was a lot more professional.

Everything excellent so far

Everything excellent so far - easy ordering, next day delivery. Fan looks great haven’t had chance to use it yet. Very pleased the blade cage opens up to make cleaning easy as some of my fans are so difficult to keep clean.

Can't fault service or price ⭐️

I ordered the Duux whisper flex smart fan on Friday at about half 2, it was delivered around 4pm Saturday. Can't fault the service or the low pricing. Also arrived well packaged. Would definitely shop here again.

Pretty disappointing experience - they need better inventory tracking

Pretty disappointing experience. Fan ordered Saturday, the company called after 2pm the following Monday to inform it was out of stock and that they couldn't guarantee a different version they could offer would even be with me by the end of the week! Terrible, considering a Next Day delivery promised.
I asked why website was not capable of tracking live inventory so this didn't happen - they told me they could not do that (I work in eCommerce, you absolutely CAN track live inventory out of hours!)
I then asked why I was not contacted until the afternoon of the working day that it should have been dispatched. Apparently they had SO MANY people to contact that it took this long. Firstly, sorry, I don't buy that they made so many sales it took five hours to contact all their disappointed customers until they got to me. Secondly, let's assume that WAS the case - can they not see that there is clearly a problem with their inventory and eCommerce system if they find themselves in such a situation with so many customers?

I was upset about the situation - as we were relying on the fan arriving tomorrow for my toddler whose fan had broken and was suffering terribly in the heat. I was not rude to anyone, I simply asked questions and stated if they understood why I was upset. I asked for a discount due to the situation. Not only was I told no, the lady I spoke to became more and more impatient and actually CANCELLED the order DURING the phone call without even letting me confirm I would go ahead with receiving the replacement product offered!
So, I've ordered elsewhere, same price, and the fan will be arriving tomorrow as planned.

So quiet you would think you had gone deaf

Bought this after much research. Very light so easy to move if needed. Cannot believe how quiet it is. Two of the family suffer with allergies to pollen and we are surrounded by large trees bursting out. Normally we would have streaming eyes, sneezing our heads off but no symptoms at all. Elegant as well
