It's a couple of years since we bought the sanitary ware for my mother's home but recently a problem developed with the fixing of the toilet seat. I contacted UK Bathrooms and Charlotte was extremely helpful. She contacted Villeroy & Boch who immediately sent out replacement parts which we have now fitted. Such a good experience to have excellent service. Thank you UK Bathrooms, we have recommended you to our neighbours who are about to start a renovation project.

Oliver who helped me locate the proper flush plates was excellent. He took the time to contact the manufacturer and find the correct unit for me.

I was kept informed of my purchase , when the stock arrived in their warehouse and when it left.

I had ordered a Duravit basin for the bathroom, and the web page indicated 1-3 days. I ordered Sunday night and received it Tuesday afternoon, ie. within 2 days. Southampton area.

Not just a new bathroom but a total new design.
When it came down to the fitting
Matt was brilliant and did the tiling and top fitter Tom did more tiling both to exceptional standards
Matt fitted the ceiling and the glass panels and put a new floor down that was then covered with cushion flooring
Brilliant job
An electrician wired up the lights, and cupboards
Finally towel rails, and a toilet roll holder were fitted and it was finished
Very quick and efficient service, no mess, we were very pleased with everything.

Be warned. Do NOT buy from uk bathrooms if you want your products delivered on time. Zero service and very little communication.
I ordered a sink with an advertised delivery time of 3 to 10 days - over 5 weeks later, and after several emails from me to ask where my order was, I received it but, by then, too late to be fitted. They refuse to refund my money, telling me to claim under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
Extremely polite email from them “Due to unforeseen challenges”, “we understand how disappointing and frustrating this must be”, and “we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it has caused”.
So common this situation is for them that they claim to have compiled step-by-step guides on how to initiate a chargeback with some commonly used card providers. I have no idea where this is.
Again, please be wary of this company.

I would recommend UK Bathrooms every time they are quick & efficient and easy to contact first class

If you.re of a nervous disposition I would leave this company well alone. I did get the item I ordered in the end but throughout the whole process I was led a merry dance. They even pinged my phone for two rings to make it look like they had tried to call me.

I was searching for something that would complement the color scheme of our new en-suite, and the person we spoke to was incredibly helpful. We ended up purchasing Crosswater taps. Our new bathroom now features Crosswater vanity units and taps, and we absolutely love the result!

UK Bathrooms provided an excellent service form start finish. The range of choice and styles gave us lots to choose from and we were able to find exactly the items we wanted for our en-suite with some personalised help from customer service. Communication was clear and very responsive. We received quality products and an excellent delivery service.

Fantastic service with great communication throughout! Really happy with our beautiful new ensuite! You can feel the quality of the taps and shower - much better than cheaper ones I’ve had before. These feel like they’re built to last and even the plumber commented on how nice they were.

Unbelievable / unacceptable - still taking orders whilst telling people to follow a chargeback or section 75 process for unfulfilled orders. Zero comms, no help, leaving genuine customers at considerable loss whilst they're 'relaunching' their business with your cash in their pocket. Steer clear people; now and in the future.

Do not order from them ! We ordered early September and were told delivery was 7-10 days, when chased they still haven’t responded and still no bathroom or refund, now having to claim through the bank. Can’t believe their website is still going.

Absolutely con artist company, they took my order and took my payment for over £500 and the goods never turned up.
I had absolutely no communication from then, I tried to call but got an answer phone saying they have basically gone bankrupt and I should receive an email.
I emailed them again and now I finally have a response from them saying the above and that I need to reclaim my money by actioning an Section 75, which is a process to reclaim money for goods purchased on a credit card, I purchased my goods via a debit card so have no way of claiming my money back.
I went onto their website and they are still taking payments for goods, they are absolutely just robbing people by taking payment when they know they have basically gone bankrupt.
