Do No Risk Your Money
Do No Risk Your Money! Ordered goods mid September and money was taken. They then emailed in October to say that order can not be fulfilled but they can't refund either due to their circumstances. They suggested we claim money back from the bank! I would still be able to order these goods today on their website, how is that possible?!

I cannot believe the reply by UK Bathrooms that they are still allowed to be trading they have taken my money but not delivered the goods having applied to HMRC for a CVA this is scandalous to say the least They should be forbidden from tradeing the are Bankrupt
Absolutely shocking company to deal…
Absolutely shocking company to deal with. They have taken over £700 and not delivered the items promised. We have been waiting since end of August. Also have said they will not be able to refund.
We are family of 4 struggling to renovate our house on a budget and only buy when we have saved up.
This has caused major anxiety and stress but they don't seam to give a s@#!
Copy and paste responses to customers on here. There's no clarity there's no help. They don't care.

UK Bathrooms are in financial difficulty and are refusing to complete orders or refund money paid. Their customer service is non-existent. My on line order was ignored for 3 weeks until I chased up simply to be told I would need to initiate a charge back via my credit card. My follow up email was ignored. I have just received an email from an insolvency practitioner who has been appointed to manage a Company Voluntary Arrangement. UK Bathrooms website has a "Relaunch" page describing their company ethos - ignore this marketing rubbish and shop elsewhere.

Gone into administration?
The original company is restructuring and appears to have gone into administration because they have contacted me (I initiated contact as we reached beyond the 3 weeks lead-time) stating they cannot fulfil my order and are unable to issue a refund. I’ve been instructed the initiate a chargeback with the bank instead. In the meantime, they appear to still be taking orders on their website and the products I ordered are still described as in stock!

I will avoid them in future
I will avoid them in future. Terrible experience. They supplied the wrong size bath and the legs were missing. The sizing error was only discovered after installation. The panels were for the right sized bath so now they don’t fit. They are ignoring me. Endless emails but they just don’t answer.

Absolute shocking service
Absolute shocking service waiting over three weeks for delivery with no correspondence, sent them an email with reply of cant for-fill the order and advised myself to contact my bank to get the money back. Will not be using this company again.

They have gone into liquidation
They took my money for a vanity unit quoting 3-10 days delivery. After waiting 3 weeks, you are unable to contact them on the phone, only by email. They then tell you they will contact you within 48 hrs. You then receive and email giving you a complaint number, and they will contact you within 3/4 days. You will receive an email telling you to contact your credit card the stating your vanity unit will not be delivered and no refund given. My credit card had to refund me.
Don’t give them your money! They are still advertising.

Total scam of a company
Total scam of a company! No Helpdesk for support and after chasing multiple times on where my product is get an email saying the company is restructuring via “CVA” and will not be issuing my product and I have to try and get my money back via the bank! I would not even give them one star but I have to. Avoid at all costs!

I placed an order
I placed an order,
It showed as available online.
Item never arrived and they blamed it on the warehouse. Still awaiting refund after many weeks as they were unable to provide details of when the item would be delivered. Don't believe the website when it says in stock.
Post the below response. They still have my money and have no intentions of paying this back.
Avoid this company at all costs.

No products and no refund
Terrible company, ordered from them around 2 weeks ago & got an email last week saying they were effectively bust , couldn’t refund me or fulfil my order loosing a considerable amount of money that my bank is now trying to recover, and yes whilst you think my review may be unfair in these testing times, they are now advertising a relaunch in a few weeks …. Probably using my money to help them do this & there was no way to contact them after my email was received

A well refined rip off business.
UK Bathrooms also pose under the names "Ripon Interiors", "Yorkshire Bathrooms and Kitchens Ltd" and "GBB Interiors Group" (and probably others owned under the same directors). Ref Companies House No. 05422380. We ordered and paid for bathroom fittings on 11th Sept and were advised 1- 3 weeks delivery. Received email 10 days later (21st Sept) stating the company was being "restructured" and to be "assured" that the purchase "will be delivered as promised", and to expect "Timely delivery" and "Continued support". I wrote on 28th Sept to check on order and was surprised to be advised they are "unable to fulfill certain orders" and that they are "unable to issue refunds directly", and recommend I initiate a chargeback under section 75 of the consumer credit act. The website is still open, and still taking orders. We won't get the goods and probably won't get repaid. But take notice people.. this is a scam. The prices are low to reel you in, they don't exist, you won't get them and they won't pay you back. Also be aware if your payment was to "Yorkshire Bathrooms & Kitchens Ltd" or "UKBathrooms Limited".

Seem to have ceased trading - don't buy!
My order has not been fulfilled, and I've had no communication about it, and no refund. When you phone their telephone line it says they are restructuring and that some orders won't be fulfilled. Do not buy from here!

No supply No Refund.
I ordered a ceiling fan from UK Bathrooms which was supposed to be derived within 10 days. after this date expired I was assured by them that the part was due in and would be dispatched the following week. When this didn't happen I made serval attempts to contact them to no avail and received an email from them telling me that they were unable to fulfil my order or refund me and I needed to contact my credit card to get a refund from them. Be extremely careful not to buy from this company. It's impossible to speak to anyone and they do not reply to emails.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with this company on more than one occasion and I can honestly say that hand on heart this is one of the worst "online sellers" I've ever had to deal with. I have had 3 dealings with them, none of which ended the way I wanted.

My wife had shopped around for the ideal basin for ages and when she found what we both wanted I found it for the best price at ukbathrooms. The item was listed as "Available" (This is not something we stock as it is a specialist item but we can order it for you. Our lead time estimate is based on our usual experience when getting this item from the manufacturer or national supplier.) Lead time given as 3 - 10 days. I realised after ordering that I needed a tap, a waste plug and bottle trap, so I tried to cancel the order to re-order with the missing parts. This was impossible, not only were after sales not very helpful the basin was delivered the very next day. So I ordered the other parts from somewhere else.
Instance 2.
We also needed a new WC for our bathroom upgrade and found, what we thought, was the ideal WC so I ordered it, on their website it was listed as “In Stock” (We have this item in our warehouse in Ripon or will be in stock within 1 day with more than 5 available to order.). On enquiring where the pan was I was informed that “the pan was damaged in transit” but I hadn’t been informed that it had been dispatched, nor did they let me know it was delayed. This was never in stock at their warehouse and I never received it, probably a good this as the description on their website was wrong and it wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. So I ordered the correct WC from somewhere else.

The WC pan we really wanted was advertised on B&Q Marketplace and slightly more than UKBathrooms had on their site but we wanted this WC, so I ordered it from B&Q only to find out that it was be4ing supplied by ukbathrooms who didn’t have stock nor did they have this on order from the manufacturer. The expected delivery date came and went as did another week without any word on when this WC would be delivered. After enquiring again it turned out not to be the WC we thought it was and ended up cancelling the order with ukbathrooms and B&Q. Needless to say I ordered a different WC from somewhere else and got what I wanted and it was delivered within 2 days of ordering.
In conclusion I can say in all honesty that I will never order from ukbathrooms.com or any other business that uses them as a supplier of bathroom fixtures and fittings.

Update on my below (also 1*) review. Company is going under (a ‘restructuring’ in their words). They’ve said they cannot fulfil my order and are not in a position to be able to offer a refund. On their admission, this has happened with many orders, not just mine. They advised me to claim a refund via my credit card provider. Do not order with them.

Do not order from this website !! I ordered a basin on 1st of September which was on a 2-5 days timeframe delivery according to the website, without any news on the 20th of September I tried to send several emails without responses as there is no phone line, I had to send a few follow-up emails to get a response (trying to use different emails I could find on the website), and all I got is an automatic reply saying that they are not able to send the order and that they CAN'T SEND A REFUND either. They said we should contact the credit card issuer directly to get a refund, who knows if it's going to work! Nothing is stated on their website regarding their difficult financial situation, it all seems like if it was a legit company. I really recommend not to order anything on this website or you might never see your order and money again.
