Beware if repairs needed after purchase
Purchased a Rehasense Space LX rollator in October 23, in February 24 the brakes became loose and were not releasing properly on one side. Phoned U K Mobility store who stated it was a 'back to base warranty', this meant we had to either take it to their shop or pay ourselves to have it delivered. Their shop is the other side of the country from us and delivery would have been too costly so we had to pay a local company to repair it for us. I wish I had read the small print more carefully but would like to ensure others are aware of the problems in 'after sales service'!

Zero stars. My father and sister in law bought an electric wheelchair for my mother in law who had been in hospital for an extended period over Christmas. Anticipating her return home, to a one bedroom flat (assisted living) they misjudged the size needed. On taking the chair back to the store in Wroughton we were confronted with a terse lady who would not consider exchanging the chair instead pointing out the possibility of lifting the arms. That’s all well and good but mother in law has to use a sling to move from her bed. She’s immobile now. Realizing we wouldn’t get full price back for the chair we thought it would at least be reasonable offer as we do require a chair to push her about in. A wider model. The electric chair has never been used! My Son was offered 500 pound on a 2600 pound chair! And then we were offered 100 pounds off of a chair we found (the same chair) on line for 200 pounds less! Unbelievable! These people are the worst shisters ever. Avoid at all cost. These are the most vulnerable people among us. They have taken advantage!
Waste of space
Ordered Roma wheelchair last year bigot refund as no stock no apology, other day rang to enquire about same chair told not in stock and not had any for some times and probably not be getting any more. In the meantime my son ordered same model states all ok but no reply to emails just automated receipts etc. But pretty sure will get refund. Have also emailed company to update website

Paid for a Pride Quest scooter on…
Paid for a Pride Quest scooter on Thursday 3pm 3 Mar 2022. I was told that it was to late that day to ship but would ship next day for delivery Mon/Tues. 7th-8th March. Phoned Monday morning to ask about invoiced if it was on its way, I had not got any proof of payment. I was told it had not been shipped yet and may ship today 7th or tomorrow 8th and the invoice is sent post or in with scooter I was asked to Choose which way post or with scooter.
So will give it till Tuesday and then ring gain to see what's happening. some people just think you can wait in for delivers.

Bought a wheelchair for my wife at an attractive price but the only communication from them was the order acknowledgment.
Rang a few days later to find out the position and discovered it was being delivered that morning.
Good job I rang and had nothing else planned.
Please improve your service and you will achieve top ratings.
Very poor service
Ordered a wheelchair for my partner, wasn't listed as out of stock.
Few days later a refund was issued saying out of stock.
No communication or apology just an email saying I've been refunded.
The wheelchair is also still listed on the website as in stock, so yeah I'm not Impressed....
