An open advice for all do what you may do not try to get a uni place through them, after the first contact they have absolutely ruined me, from June to September and still struggling with certainty in my position at a uni. Student co ordinators are just so stuck up in their heads that even doing something that they get paid for is a matter of ego. I have tried time and again to get help in certain matters but they completely ignore you. Supposedly a student recruitment agency would do all the necessary paperwork and administrative tasks for the student but they did not.
After wasting three months they simply started ignoring me, they changed my CV without my consent and did not guide through admin procedure and never explained the whole process. Firstly offered my UEL then said the degree is from UEL but you'd be studying at GIS why would I study at a college and not a uni.
Feel absolutely rattled and done. Do not use them.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Yuliia has been so amazing, patient and professional. She advised me on a better option (a master instead of another Ba.) She helped me build a strong application in one day and I was offered an unconditional offer the day after… 😊👌And Nicoleta took over and helped me how to accept the offer and apply for my student loans. I m so grateful for your help ladies. Thank you so much 🙏🏾

I would love to give this service 5 stars because of the result but I cannot ignore that this was an experience I would most definitely never go through again because of MUSTAPHA. The way he handled my case was absolutely terrible. You can see his face on their profile when you search it up. I have screenshots that will show you exactly how my interaction with MUSTAPHA went. you need to stay away from this man he basically told me at the end of our journey “what can we do to get you into university… I was under the impression that was his job AFTER I SENT MY PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION TO HIM THROUGH WHATSAPP. Very strange interactions, frustrating reply times condescending comments. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM ANUM AND MUSTAPHA THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AND THEY ARE DODGY.

Now as for the Good part of the review ive given two stars for two people at this place. NICOLETA and JAY when I had enough of MUSTAPHA I called the company to change the person I was dealing with because I didn’t want anything to do with MUSTAPHA . To my luck… MUSTAPHA picked up the phone. I hung up and called back hoping to talk to someone different. Unfortunately he picked up again. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager or a higher up because the person I was dealing with was not helpful at all and did not have my best interest. He told me he was in fact the manager and I simply told him ok I want to speak to anyone but you but MUSTAPHA could not handle this he then put me on hold for a few minutes I hung up called back he found a gentlemen called JAY after telling me we would need to all speak together because he did not trust a word I would say… I am going to call this fear because he knew what he was doing. Let’s not even get into to the CV AND PERSONAL STATEMENT BECAUSE HE SAID I WORKED AT SPORTS DIRECT AND BETFRED WHEN I TOLD HIM I AM A BARTENDER. Straight up lied on me CV. Why? I have no clue. But luckily JAY AND NICOLETA were amazing Jay assured me he would do his best he did Nicoleta was very understanding and I also have a text of her also wondering why MUSTAPHA LIED ON MY CV THAT NEEDED TO BE SENT TO A UNIVERSITY “. Nicoleta was amazing. I got into university she helped me prepare for my interview and I got an unconditional offer thanks her and Jay. I can understand why 2 stars is harsh but as you can tell I was really unhappy when Mustapha and Anum were dealing with my application i am very glad I never have to see them and I am glad I didn’t get into university because of them. Please if you are going to use this service avoid MUSTAPHA he is a fraud.

Nicoleta and Yuliia have been an on-going support throughout my application and enrolment process. They were professional and friendly and always on hand. I'm so grateful for there guidance.
