I would have rated my experience 5 stars if it were not for the absence of a dedicated customer service/ after sales care telephone help line on offer; no live chat option is available (contrary to what the website says) and all queries (pre and post sale) need to be emailed. To the company's credit, they do reply to emails within 24hrs but I think most customers, like myself, would prefer to be able to actually speak with someone, particularly on technical/initial set up issues.

That aside, I am extremely happy with my purchase. Delivered the next day, set-up was reasonably straight forward and both the pumps purchased seem, so far at least, to be working well and are performing as marketed.

I asked advice about a replacement water feature pump and transformer and was answered promptly by emails. I have tried several times to order these from their website but have been unsuccessful and emailed to let them know this and asked for help. I haven’t received one reply and have now sent several emails. There is no phone number that I can call. Bad customer service!!!

Probelms with wrong item sent and they sorted it out very quickly, Very satisfied.

Bought a new transformer for st steel globe water feature , sadly failed after two weeks , and also pump and light failure .
Replaced transformer and pump all foc with next day delivery .
Now all working fine , thank you.

I purchased a chrome water feature a year ago from this company and need some chrome cleaner and purchased 2 bottles from it's website. When i received them I noticed they a funny gel like consistency and didn't look right so contacted the company with my concerns and received a response quickly apologising for the issue.
Katie, Gerogie and Bethany sorted the problem out sending a replacement quickly,

I bought a water feature from these people for £269, which was broken when received. I have emailed them multiple times (with photo evidence) about replacing it and they have not even acknowledged my emails. Avoid at all costs. I am now seeking redress through PayPal.

Update - Replacement now received. Just a shame it took a one star Trust pilot review to make them read their incoming email.

Saw a water feature in a local garden centre at a decent price. I checked via Google and found this company selling the item for £100 less!!! Ordered it on the Sunday and by lunchtime Monday arrived. Exactly the same. All in all prompt service at a cracking price. 👌

I ordered some replacement lights for my newly refurbished water fountain. I received these items less than 24 hours after ordering them and fitted them straightaway. They were very easy to fit and look fantastic. In fact I'm so impressed with the prompt service and quality of the goods supplied that I intend to order some more. I shall certainly add this company to my favourites list for future purchases and would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a new water pump at 17.28 on Monday and it arrived at 10.12 on Tuesday, what brilliant service and great communication from Georgia. Thanks!

My water feature power supply stopped working so I emailed this company they replied straight away and was extremely helpfull so I ordered the part yesterday and it arrived today. Water feature now working great . Great company will definitely use again
