2cnd time I have used Ultimate, excellent service.

These work OK but a few issues:
Fit is OK but needs the supplied “lube” to work effectively. Previous custom plugs I’ve used didn’t need this.
The lanyard transmits noise very effectively …. So I’d save the money unless absolutely necessary.

I’ve had there monitor ear plugs for 20 years now , the sound is great , the new pro plugs give such good sound

Perfect purchase - from ordering, through mould taking and on to ear plug delivery everything was great and easy.
The plugs fit great and sre ready for the 2026 riding season.

Ultimate ear took my impressions at the Motorcycle Live event in Birmingham, no doubt with hundreds of others. Their service at the event was professional, they set expectations around delivery of the product at that time. They subsequently updated me when the ear buds were in production and then again when they were dispatched, with a tracking number. The buds arrived as expected, are a great fit and quality product. So, expectations met on all fronts.

Great quality and comfortable ear plugs, able to wear all day without problem unlike other brands I've tried that are too hard and don't seal properly.

Love them, best thing I've bought in years. I wish I'd invested in them years ago.

Ear impression was taken during MCL 2025 free of charge and I ordered SoundEar Pro model. They deliver the earphones in about a month.
Earphones fit perfect to my ears and blocks most of the noise, no need to max the volume. My rides are more enjoyable without worrying about the hearing loss.

The initial meeting and mould taking at the bike show was straight forward and simple to do.
Took a few weeks to arrive, good communication throughout.
Arrived, fit and sound quality top notch.

I’ve used these guys before and felt it was time for a new set after 5years. They are professional and the moulding at MCL was easy and their communication after the show was excellent, keeping me updated on the progress .

Got my ear moulds done at the NEC bike show… very organised and slick operation, three weeks later the ear plugs arrived … rain stopped play and didn’t get out on the motorcycle until this weekend but wow! What a difference the personalised ear protection makes… wind and bike noise were noticeably decreased over my previous Earpeace ear defenders and comfort wise they are superb… forgot I had them in they were so comfortable and they don’t budge when putting my helmet on or when I move my jaw which is also a great improvement!
I did have a bit of a faff working out how to best put them in but now I have worked out the technique, it is so simple. I also really appreciate the ear moisturiser provided it really helps with comfort and smells nice too!!
I really love my colour combo and knowing which ear each colour goes in is great.

Imprints were taken on the day and received the finished earplugs within three weeks.
