Not my first pair of ear plugs but the only company I would trust to protect my ears

So, we're two ear impressions and almost 12 months on, but I now have an amazing pair of side sleeper ear plugs.
Team have been super helpful with lots of to-ing and fro-ing, but we've got there.

Purchased these at the NEC show.. moulds taken there and then, paid for in full with discount for having Bennett’s Motorcycle Insurance… received regular updates regarding their manufacturer and expected delivery date! Received them within 4 weeks of purchase and I can honestly say they are a game changer … I had always worn earplugs but struggled to hear the comms when on motorway but these do the trick … eliminate wind noise and you can hear both music and comms easily … without having to turn the volume up full… great bit of kit 👍

I needed to get the attenuation changed on my earplugs. I sent them to Ultimate Ear and literally received the new ones back by return post. Amazing service. Definitely the best Motorcycle Ear Protection company in the UK

Easy to fit, very comfortable. Unable to try them out on the bike yet as I am recovering from a total knee replacement & can't ride/drive for 6 weeks but they are great in bed for reducing the noise coming from the wife's snoring!😁

The customer service and care of the clinician was great.

I'm really pleased with the earplugs also. They are definitely a lot more effective than anything I've had before.

The only learning point for them is to put the full price on the first page of the website including the £40 fee for an ear scan. I was happy to pay this but would have preferred to see it up-front.

Superb service Considering how many people the chaps were dealing with at the NEC bike show, they were efficient, dealt with everyone’s additional requests and gave advice ( I personally didn’t think of having two different colour plugs to make identification easier) without any rush..
The new ear plugs arrived a few weeks later and fitted perfectly. = Happy Chappy 🤗
