We had our second hot tub from Ultimate Hot Tubs delivered about a month ago. Delivery and set was so easy with Jay and the team in charge. They have always been a pleasure to deal with over the years, whether it be a new hot tub, chemicals or just advice. Very knowledgeable staff and always happy to see you, I can’t fault them.

What a great family business. Nothing is to much trouble, good old fashion customer service by people who are very knowledgeable about their products. I went to Ultimate Hot Tubs on recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed.

The service, help, and advice we received from Jay and his mum was second to none. Nothing has been too much trouble and they accommodated us every step of the way, from arranging the crane, and carrying out the final part of the installation a short while after we took delivery (due to solar panels being fitted first)
