UAT communicated well with me when they picked up my car in Florida. They also let me know how things were going as they transported the car across the Country, and the driver remained available by his cell-phone if I had questions. He called me the day before delivery, then with an hour of warning prior to his arrival. He delivered the car to me undamaged and well documented. All of this was done for one of the lowest prices available on UBID. What more could anyone ask for??

I waited a bit for pick-up, but that was due entirely to the holiday season. Everything went well; scheduling, loading, unloading and payment. I would use them again if the need arises.

This company was terrible from the start. First, they quoted me a higher price than that available on another website where they bid on the same job. Second, the driver was two days late and did not communicate with me at all during those two days. Third, the delivery itself was delayed by 2 days, bringing to total delay to four days. When I explained my disappointment to the company, instead of reaching out to me like professionals, they completely ignored me. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
