I was surprised to get my car in just 2 days. Very fast, efficient service.
Office personnel professional, polite, and helpful with questions. I would recommend them to anyone first and look forward to using them again in the future. Only one recommendation. I was not aware that payment went to the driver after confirmation of delivery on my part. I did not know that I needed to go to the website to do this. Office person called me and guided me through this procedure. It was easy--only a click to complete. I just felt bad that the driver had to wait to be paid after he did such a good job delivering my vehicle. Otherwise, the experience was awesome.

I used this company to transport my Lexus SUV from Houston Texas to Sacramento California. From scheduling the pick up in Houston to picking my car up in Sacramento I was pleased with each step. Everyone was very polite , professional and easy to get hold of to coordinate pick up and drop offs.
I would recommend this company for anyone looking to transport a car cross country.

Communication from my booking to delivery was top notch. Phone calls and emails ending with a call from thier sub-contracted driver 3hrs from delivery.
It would have been 5stars if they could have matched the lowest bid on u-ship!

Ultra Transport was professional, easy to work with and delivered our car early!

I have used Ultra Auto Transport at least half a dozen times for moving different types of vehicles around the country and couldn't be happier with their service. If there's any issues at all their team is on it and everybody is on-board making sure everything gets resolved.

I was having issues with another provider and ultraautotransport came in and provided a solution in a very short period of time and I was able to meet my deadline. Reasonable price and outstanding customer service.

Good service, fast delivery.
I put quite some stuff in the car (according to their regulation), this is a big plus to me.
My car arrived very fast, faster than the schedule.
Only one minor thing is that they told me only a couple of hours before the pickup, much shorter than "at least 24 hours in advance" as they promised.

The driver was very professional and stayed in communication with me the whole time.

It was quick pickup and delivery. However, I was told the car would be picked up with a hard sided enclosed trailer and it turned out to be soft sided. I read the soft sided trailers are like open transports as far as still exposing the cars to the elements when the weather is bad.
Would have preferred what was agreed upon because I did stipulate a hard sided enclosed trailer.

The company picked up the car in a timely manner even though the location was a bit confused. Time in transit was short, and delivery was prompt. Price was very competitive.

I was able to get a great price to transport my car from CO to CA. They had a very open communication system so you could call the dispatch and they would tell you where your car was. The pick up and drop off dates/times were pretty much on the money (minus one delay of the truck breaking). But even with that my car was delivered the next morning.

Car was eventually picked up and delivered, but not according to the schedule I was told. I had to continually call the driver directly to get a sense of what day and time they would show up (2+ days late) and when they would deliver (also 2 days late). There was a slight hick-up regarding who pays whom when they delivered, but I steered them to the broker and I believe that was the end of that.

This was the fastest and cheapest transport of a car I have experienced in my life. Highly recommend them.
