I had a very disappointing experience at an Umniah branch in Mafraq on April 18, 2026.

The branch manager ignored my request completely, and his attitude was arrogant and unprofessional. He was also eating inside the office, and the environment was not suitable for customer service. At the same time, another customer was assisted immediately, which clearly shows unequal treatment.

This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poor service standards. I hope the new management under Beyon takes this seriously and improves the customer experience.

It's the best internet provider in Jordan especially on mobile, there offers cover many periods like 10 days - 30 days even 90 days with the best prices .

Dealing with Umniah has been one of the worst telecom experiences I’ve ever had.
I regret choosing Umniah and would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service or basic professionalism.

The 4G network is an absolute joke.

The network shuts down every 30 minutes, it only works at very specific periods of the day when everyone is either at work or asleep, it's unusable and inconsistent.

And it's not like I am in the middle of nowhere, I live in the middle of the capital.

Before you push 5G, you should make sure that you have a good 4G infrastructure! Especially when most Jordanians don't have the financial ability to buy 5G phones!

This company has hacked my bank account numerous times. They don’t respond to any emails. I don’t even know what it is. Can’t call because I don’t know where it is or if I’ll be charged. Stay away

Scammers. Biggest scamming company i ever faced.

I was scammed twice by them.

First, they register me for a data plan i didnt need while i was talking to them (just asking about plans) it was 3 dinars! They did it in 1 second! Then i said i dont want that, they said are you sure you want to remove it.. I said yes! They said okay its removed, so i ask where is my balance?!!!? They said its gone! Because I CANCELED!!!!!

First time in my life, a telecom provided doesnt refund a cancelled service that they registered you for a minute ago!! and worse part is they DIDNT EVEN CONFIRM to me the register AND they DIDNT TELL ME i will lose the money if canceled!!! NO TELECOM COMPANY I DEALT WITH DOES THAT.. DAMN!

I said to escalate the issue. They said they will call me back in a few days and ofcourse no one called. Scammer company. They collect money for PROVIDING NOTHING!!! I dont even know how is this legal?!

Second time, I put 10 dinars in my balance, then i use register for 1 month bundle (it takes a couple of dinars) and thats it. I check my balance and its correct. Then I travel, my phone is OFF the whole time, and i open my phone on return and balance is ZERO!!!!!

I reach support on chat and this has been going over 4 days now, to confirm where the balance went AND NOT A SINGLE REP IS ABLE TO ANSWER.

They keep confirming only deductions i had was the couple of dinars i talked about. So i keep ASKING WHERE IS THE BALANCE THEN?!

They are not able to answer. They keep changing the subject. They keep going in circle and telling me generic replies.

I got no where.

They stole my money.

The worst telecom supplier, the calls drop, the internet gets cut off on daily basis and when its on it gets as slow as a tertle.
What a waste of money joining thier service
They should be taken to court for the amount of money they take with services cutting off.

Horrible company.. poor customer service.. call center is more like reading readymade lines than helping.. if you don’t pay attention they will steal your money.. they did that with me.. avoid this company by all costs..

Horrible service. A few years ago I ordered a yearly service package for our apartment. We don’t live in Amman - we come once or twice a year to visit, sometimes we have friends who stay. A few months later, they were updating to 5G & cut off the service. They would Not reconnect without my brother’s “signature.” Then they Continued to charge us monthly- despite the fact that they were No Longer providing any service. Backwards is an understatement.

This year I asked for a SIM with WiFi service that I could use on a Mifi, mobile or the old router. After they sold it to me - it turns out it ONLY works on the Umniah router - Nothing else. Did they want to bother to take the time to tell me this detail? They must think customers are technical experts & all knowing.

The staff talk to you like they are half asleep & regurgitating information at high speed - I have never seen anything like it. I told one of them to take a breath - slow down & talk to me like a normal human instead of a robot.

NEVER will I EVER use them for anything. No sense of responsibility whatsoever.

واذا تم الاتصال بهم لا يستطيعون حل المشكله

انا اعاني منذ ستة اشهر من اللانترنت التعيس تبعهم

UMNIAH didn’t send me my E-Sim in time (vs all providers that usually send it within 5 mins, I had to wait 2+ days) and therefore buy another E-Sim. Lost my money. Never again!!!!
